Scott was amazing. He showed up right on time. He recognized my machine had a recall on a part from years back. They sent him the parts and a new belt and he came back and put them on for the same price quoted. I will only work with Scott as long as I live in the KC area. He earned my trust.
Scott is the best service technician I've ever had! He showed up right on time and explained my repair needs in great detail. My treadmill was going to cost too much to repair so Scott assisted me in buying a new treadmill. You don't find many honest service people these days.
Mr. Wagner knows his stuff. My treadmill was inoperative and Scott input the right series of codes to get it running. The elliptical needed lubing. Done! Happy customer.
Scott is a great service man! I’ve used him for an elliptical and a treadmill repair and each time he has been prompt, knowledgeable and personable. You can’t ask for more!
Scott Wagner is an incompetent weasel, he won't fix the speed on my treadmill and told Icon, UTS where I have an extended warranty that it is fixed and now they won't do any more for me because of Scott's lies. He said he has 100+ other exact complaints, he must be lying to all of those customers too. Never again.
The worst service I can remember
Scott Wagner doesn't know how to fix much, I think the only thing he knows how to do is to put lubricant under the walk belt.
