I called this company after a friend recommended them, They were easy to accommodate my schedule which only allowed "the two day job" to be done when I was home on Sat. And Sunday. Demo was quick, the tiler friendly and he listened to me. 48 hours later the tile job was complete. I would highly recommend this company as the quote was spot on, they were friendly, and above all the job is an art piece!

Dear Charles and Terri A letter of thank you to your and your company for the outstanding jobs everyone did in our home. The Kitchen (July "14"), Master bathroom and powder room (Feb "17"), and new set of doors in our laundry room (April 1998) We love our new kitchen, also our new family and play room. We really like the powder room which we can use again. If you could take the time to thank everyone involved for the hard work for us personally that went into the job done. Fantastic service, very patient with us to go over our options and offer excellent advice of differences between each step up in quality for our kitchen. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. Even opened on a Saturday just to help out for a kitchen faucet that was reused for our full kitchen remodel so we would lose use of our kitchen. Very maticous on cabinet work to install professionally and get colors to match perfectly. Installed very large quartz counter top with multiple levels and sections that had to match which was done very well. We have used them for many years and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality and the job done right.

Very poor customer service. I was told on numerous occasions that they would be out to get a quote and nobody showed up. Don't be surprised if they lie to you too. AVOID.
