Love this liquor store! 1 of my favorite in town. They have a good selection. I've tried some new drinks that I've never even heard of, which were fantastic. I originally stopped here looking for a cream based moonshines that I had drank in another state. They didn't have them at the time, but they have some now! All you have to do is ask and they will at least try. Over the top customer service! A+++

Rudest manager I’ve EVER seen. A bottle rang up much higher than their display showed so I ask to get it refunded cheaper at Total Wine anyway. He stomped over and shook his head. Extremely disrespectful. Then he couldn’t figure out how to refund it. Stunk of pot and was SO RUDE! I don’t drink a beer before I go into work so if you can’t figure out how to use the register wasted wait until after work for extracurricular activities loser. Heading to TOTAL WINE to get the Clase Azul for my best friends housewarming gift. Better prices elsewhere anyway. NEVER stepping foot in this place again and will let everyone I know as well. #CUSTOMERSFIRST

Great selection of just about any liquor you could want. Reasonably priced! Much rather go here than to grocery store or chain.

The staff here was very helpful. I got just what I needed. I have a party coming up, and I wanted mixings for margaritas. They knew just what to recommend.

Who would think you could give a liquor store a great review. Kelly's liquor on Eubank in the Mountain Run shopping plaza is superb with our neighborhood needs and their employees bring a great sense of humor and customer service. I love that store. Bravo guys.

Good old Kelly's. I'm never disappointed when I walk in to this place. Usually, I know what I'm looking for before I walk in and usually I find it. Recently, the attendant was able to help me find some Nikka whiskey that I was there to purchase and he recommended that I try one of the other Nikka whiskeys that he was unfortunately out of. He asked his manager if they had any in the back and we were able to score a bottle and they did not disappoint. Smooth and cool to the taste, I mean WOW! Check out Kelly's and dont be afraid to ask for suggestions, you might be surprised!

While I was in the store this morning one of the cashiers politely but firmly refused to sell to a woman because he believed she was impaired. The customer left without incident but I was THRILLED he had the excellent judgment to realize she shouldn't have been buying alcohol and refused to sell to her. BTW the other clerks were helpful and friendly, too!

Always typically support a local business. But during the pandemic they were so rude. I was the only one in the store and I pulled my mask down below my nose and mouth while I was looking at beer, The lady behind the register watched me and walked across the entire store just to tell me to wear a mask. They were literally the only Business in the northeast heights that was super crazy about wearing masks. I have a lung condition and hard time breathing in masks. It is not the job of small business to enforce a worthless mask mandate. Smiths is close and much more friendly, Stoneface is another great option.

The employees are always friendly and helpful, and you don't have to fight a rude, pushy crowd.

I dont shop here because they close way too early. Bad business practices. They probably lost a lot of money since covid and will shut down. Plus there's always 3 people in there just standing around.
