One of my greatest joys is working with couples and teaching them new ways to communicate, connect, manage conflict, and understand one another. Through this process couples are able to experience emotional healing, deeper intimate connections, and truly experience the powerful benefits of a healthy marital system. I have extensive training and experience working with service members and their spouses. My first four years as a therapist I worked for the United States Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville NC. I worked with service members to treat Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, insomnia, military sexual assault, and addictive behaviors.
