Huge selection, almost too huge. You can barely fit through the isles because of stock sitting and collecting dust. The place seems to be very dangerous with boxes piled high every where you turn. The prices arnt posted and when you ask one of the many associates stocking the shelves they direct you to go to the desk. It almost makes you feel like they charge what they think you'll pay. I've paid different prices for the same product each time I've gone. I even pointed out last time I paid 5 verses 7 and they said it was cause I must have bought in bulk but I didn't. I bought one. Weird. But you never know. Doesn't seem like the type of place that would have a "sale" unless items were old or outdated. Only reason I return was the one friendly male associate that walked around the store with me decoding their confusing order to things.

I've been a long term customer since the old building until now. The prices are ok, the service that helps you bring the stuff to your car is very nice, but the owner and the cashier sometimes have a bad attitude to customers. A couple months ago they gave me the wrong supplies which wasn't mine and I drove over an hour to return the supplies back and they said I took the supplies out on purpose and I told them if I stole them then why would I return and give them their supplies back??? The other thing was I usually buy this product and that day they charged me more. So I asked them why they charged me more than usual. They told me that I have to open my mouth and tell them before they charge??? After that, the owner came and opened the cash register and said " here take your money, I don't want a headache." I don't want to say anything bad about this supply shop but I think they need to respect people more when you do business and think about what you're about to say. The owner looks very professional but sometimes the things they say stuff that are disrespectful.

Highly would NOT recommend anyone going there. Extremely over priced they wanted $20 for a nail tip cutter. That was provably the only thing in there labeled with a price. So uncomfortable to be in there it was a like a storage locker warehouse. The employee were no help at all they did not speak English. You’d be better off going online.

It has all the nail supplies needed. I bet whatever you are looking for it is there. 2 downside are 1. Not everything has a price you'll need to look for a worker but sometimes they won't know either. The only person is the owner. She's really nice and helps you with anything you need. 2. Some things are over priced

Have almost everything you need to open a spa or nail salon. Stuff is really nice only if they know you or speak vietnamese to them. I wish some how they can expand the store bigger in the future.

They have everything you need! Friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices and tons of nail beauty supplies to choose from. Best in Boston.

Watch out for the price. They will tell you a different price every time you come, it depended on the way how you look like to them. If you ask them why it’s like this or like that, they will give you an attitude.

This place is just awful customer service sucks.. need to return equipment that was used only a few time and it broke. Went in and explained what had happened to the owner and she just shrugged her shoulders and that she wasn’t taking it back. I’ve never given a bad review but I was so angry at this I felt she deserves this review
