Whatever estimate they give you either you go with that, or if you get a second estimate from another business. Ken Gross lady...will tell you to go with the other company. I would not recommend the rudeness of this business. A business should be competing for your business... not getting mad just because you called another company for second estimate. Elk Grove Area.. there are other well pump repair and installation companies that are much cheaper and nicer....look them up on google.

Ken Gross Pump Service has always been there for me for over 20 years. They respond immediately and take care of my problems as if I were a member of their family. The fees are very reasonable. If they cannot do it they will direct you to who can. I really appreciate all they have done for me.

Just talked to the lady on the phone. And she is one of the most helpful person I've ever spoken to. If I needed a well drilled in their area I would definitely use them

Ken Gross Wells and Pumps Always professional and and concerned about your problems, have used them many times on my retals and personal home. It is a pleasure to do business with a company you can trust and that does not sell you something you do not need from the receptionist to the feild technicians always great service Thanks Dave Grooms
