My wife purchased my Longines for me from Kenjo as a wedding gift. They were always very pleasant to deal with, but DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. My watch was brought back to the store countless times for running too fast. Each time I got it back it would inevitably run fast again. Aside from shipping my watch to Longines for them to look over, demagnetize, and send back there was nothing Kenjo was willing to do. Their response that clearly did not fix the true problem at hand was only available for the 2 years my watch was under warranty. I spoke with my original sales associate, one of the owners, and others to no avail. Note that I work in a corporate setting, in an office, not a manufacturing plant with magnetized machinery or any other situation that might explain a watch continually running fast...with computers, but actually not near them as I use a docking station. As consumers of a product such as this, the only protection we have results from a retailer that stands behind the product they sell. As such, I suggest you purchase your next luxury watch from a place whose priority is their customers' satisfaction. Unfortunately, to date, Kenjo is not that place. Not surprisingly, it is service like this that results in the decline of this industry. After my exhausting and unproductive situation my wife chose to not get the watch she had planned to purchase from Kenjo and instead is now wearing an Apple Watch. She knows she'll need to replace in a matter of years unlike a timeless timepiece, but she also knows that should she have a single issue it will be resolved the first time. She has been driven to the antithesis of a classic luxury watch. I might be next.
Consistent amazing experience over the past five years. Today I went to replace the battery in my watch and Steve the owner helped me himself. We had a lovely conversation and most impressively, he remembered me from three years ago. I would never go anywhere else!! AMAZING service from purchase to service. Do not hesitate to shop with Kenjo!
Kenny helped me find an out of production Graham. On top of that, he got me a great price and had it sent to Montana from Switzerland in time for the wedding! Would absolutely work with Kenjo again. Thank you!
Kenny was fantastic to work with. I bought a new Girard Perregaux watch and I received an AMAZING price! He was even able to get it to me next day. Responded quickly to all of my questions. Will absolutely do business again with Kenjo in the future!
Went in to get watch battery replacement. Dealt directly with owner Steven Graizi. Immediate service, reasonable price. Very engaging and friendly guy to talk with about NYC business history. My go-to for watch work from here on.
I just purchased my second Breitling from Kenjo Watches. I worked with Steve Grazi, who was excellent to deal with. The transaction was completed via email and phone from out of state, and went smoothly and efficiently. I have been shopping around for an Omega watch for my wife, since our 25th wedding anniversary is right around the corner and after countless of disappointments, I was lucky enough to come across Kenjo. I sent an email expecting no response like some other stores and by my surprise Ray answered it two seconds later! I gave Ray the description of the watch I wanted as well as emailed him a photo of it and I had the BEST price of any other dealer around. I read other reviews online about Kenjo and yes although they may not have the flashy displays like some other more expensive stores, they DO have the best selection, and most important the BEST PRICES by far! If you fall for all the glitz of other stores and want to buy a fancy display go elsewhere. If you want to buy a watch at a competitive price go to Kenjo. Simply the best prices, the best sales staff and selection. The greatest part about shopping at Kenjo is Kenny the owner is always there to answer all your questions. No sales pressure and no problems! Thank you everyone for making my 25th wedding anniversary a success! I could not have done it without your help, thanks again!
I dont understand why people like this place. No one was rude to me or anything, but there was absolutely nothing appealing about this store. The watches were not displayed in a way that would promote them. I guess if I liked the brands they carried, I might have a different opinion, but the store looked kind of dingy and dirty. I dont like Tourneau, but at least they display the watches in a way that makes you want to buy them.
Found a watch on an online store that Kenjo was selling. Worked with Ken Grazi through a couple of emails and one phone call. We settled on price and terms very easily. Ken was very helpful in getting my purchase shipped to me overnight. I may not have ever had an easier or overall better experience buying something I found on the internet. I have never been to their store in mid-town Manhattan nor had I ever heard of them before today but I will definitely adjust my plans next time I am in NYC to go by and see the Kenjo store and shake Ken Grazi's hand personally. In an age when it seems harder and harder to get anything done, they made it easy!! #kenjofan4life
