The doctors I’ve seen there are great. The billing department needs work. I was overcharged due to their billing error and they refused to resubmit the bill to my insurance. The people I talked to weren’t knowledgeable or helpful. I won’t be going back.
Dr. Solerno is timely and really cares. I would highly suggest him to anyone looking for a PCP.
Great Dr. Dr. Salerno, however imposable to get through to make an appointment on hold over 30 mins and still no one to book appointment. I hate leaving him but have no choice.
office is great except they charged me for a yearly physical and shouldnt have been billed. And its now taken 8 weeks of filing my claim for the refund and still no answer on when my money is expected back!!!!!!! terrible customer service with the billing dept.
