I was being seen why Dr.Kim at this office for over 5 years & had no problem for majority of the time. But this year my doctor decided to completely ghost me knowing that I had an infection with no plans to resolve it. She never followed up or even place the referral I needed. I ended up sending 5 messages over 2 weeks & not 1 reply. I found myself another primary care provider but I wanted to make sure I brought this to the office managers attention so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. She seemed nice at first & told me she would investigate what was going on because this wasn’t like Dr.Kim & she would get back with me in the next 1-2 business days. It has now been over a week & still no one has returned my call so I know this issue wasn’t even addressed. Do yourself a favor & find a different office & doctor because they truly don’t care.

I was grateful to have this doctor's office when I first moved to Louisville, as it was hard to find a doctor accepting new patients. BUT as a very short time goes on, it's became a huge disappointment. The receptionist are so kind, but the whole office is irresponsible and unorganized. They almost cost me my disability pay by mishandling my paperwork and not getting it done properly. They juggle you between doctors, and it seems they cant keep one doctor steady in the office. Half of the nursing staff is nice and half of them not so friendly. The doctors outside of Tracy Dixon the one good doctor there that stays booked out so far you cant see her appear uncaring about seemingly serious conditions. For example, if lympnodes under both arms are swollen double the size of eggs, you dont give them an antibiotic, order no bloodwork and shove them out the door. Also, it seems unprofessional that any nurse practitioner or doctor there should have to go ask another doctor in the office for advice or help. Most recently, something has happened where they lost half their records, so when I go in about reoccurring back pain, they have no record of this or where I've been off work prior for it, and treated me like I'm making it up. I left without diagnosis or any real advice on how Im supposed to heal properly, and they have made things complicate with my work. I suggest anyone coming in new, save yourself the trouble and headache...I'm switching doctors in April.

Quite possibly the most clueless front end staff around. Have to constantly call and request results. My husband has been waiting to receive a test for 9 months now. 2 month ago they said none of the ones in January went out, and that they would re-order. Here we are 2 months later and never received test yet again. They totally lack follow through.

Horrible customer service. Staff is flat out rude and doesn't know how to treat their patients as customers. It is no wonder that Kentucky One is in such financial trouble and can't run a business - they forget who the customer is. It's okay to make patients work around doctors and satff as we are gopheres and it's a favor they see us at all. Go somewhere else where the staff cares!

Best primary care physicians. The office staff are always nice and helpful.

They do not care about you. Only care about money!!!
