Anna Brady is such a decorative real estate agent. She has such class & carries herself very professionally. I think she has what it takes to be a head broker & run a very successful Kentwood Real Estate establishment. Anna is very patient & I owe her a million thanks & blessings for placing us in a wonderful home. Even though their were homes I wanted & might not be the best fit, she gave us pros & cons. It wasn’t about ok agree, agree, agree so they just buy. She had her best interest as if she was buying for herself or her family. For instance there was our PERFECT HOME in Morrison, had everything we were looking for the area, the advancements, schools, foothills, & A POOL. She noticed an issue with the house slopping, she recommend getting a structural engineer to evaluate even though in my mind I said no we are fine. Let’s just get the house. my mind was Set, also didn’t want to pay $300 for inspection on the integrity of the house She saved me in the upwards of 100k in work that had to be done if I didn’t spend the little money upfront for the inspection. This tells you a lot about who you work with. She could’ve easily said Troy congrats let’s finish this up, don’t worry about it. But she didn’t. Thank you Anna I wish nothing but the best & hope she keeps growing & she will develop beautiful relationships with her new clients because she actually CARES! I will highly recommend sending people to her. She also gave us a very generous gift, she’s a lovely lady!
