12 years customer. Multiple locations and not delivery based on online orders or schedules. No way to improve the service due to the disconnection of the delivery guys does not see the online order. The office manager does not verify either. After a few months struggled with them and service has not improved I am giving up.
Horrible company to work for. They fired someone close to me because he wouldn't lie to cover their butt in an accident situation where the company was at fault. If they want to have it out I'll gladly hire a lawyer. It was years ago but companies shouldn't get away with poor employee treatment.
Great service! Love my delivery person. The reminder calls are handy! Update: Still with them after 18+ years! Loyal customer here! Would highly recommend for anyone who has a well that is less than pristine! I prefer the artesian for the taste.
My water always arrives on time and tastes amazing. I can tell my driver takes pride in his job and the company he works for. I've had a very pleasant experience so far and will happily remain a loyal customer!
This is such a handy service. The delivery is always timely and the water is always ready when I need it. We enjoy the use of the hot water side for cocoa or ramen noodles and the cold water is just cold enough not to give you a "brain freeze". The customer service is exceptional.
I am a life-long customer of Kentwood Springs Water. My grandmother had it in her home and I continue to be a loyal customer. I remember the glass bottles from back in the day! Talk about heavy! Kentwood Water makes the best coffee and tea. I cook with it as well for everything needing water.
I have tried to get a live person every day of the week for the last month to get them out here at my place of employment to replenish our water bottles and cant get a live person !!! I'll stay on hold 20 minutes each time but never get a live person but as soon as I hit 1 for new service I get a live person instantly but who tells me she can't look existing accounts up and transfers me back to hold !!!
Have had very good experience with delivery. Like that I can go online and change the order prior to delivery. Online account management is easy to use.
Water taste great, service and billing is user friendly. Changing your order is so easy.
My delivery man goes above and beyond by bringing my water inside due to the fact I'm 76 years old and can not lift the water bottles, I get excellent service, and the water is very good.
