The gentleman that helped me, used parts out of his own pickup truck because Kenworth did not stock what I needed, very happy with the service, it's a nice facility, and friendly staff thank you for the help the other day with my truck.

They had the truck at 8:30pm the night before. Pulled it in before 11am. At 1pm said it was a few more hours. Finally done with it at 8:30 pm. Not happy with being laid to and dragging it out. And I have a flat tire from a bolt in the shop. They cost me to much time and money.

Great place to do business shop pretty high but what Shop 8 they were fast and got me back on the road been coming here for 37 years it's a great place I'll get you back on the road and fast they're both great shop Pocatello and Boise

Amazing people.  Called the night before, I was told to bring my truck in tomorrow morning.  They got me right in and had me on my way in a few hours.  Great people.  Highly, highly recommend.
