When I dropped off my dog, I had given a bag with the exact number of meals for food, treats, some toys, and chew bones as he’s an aggressive chewer. When I picked him up a few days later, there was still a meal in the bag, had given him some treats but left the bag open so they went stale, they hadn’t given him any of his chew bones or toys, and had told me they fed him hot dogs. My dog doesn’t eat table food, and had diarrhea for more than a day. Not to mention, he smelled like pee when I picked him up. I tried to call the office to express my concerns, especially about not asking the dog owner if he can eat other food that in turn made him sick, and no one answered the phone all day. I do not recommend this kennel.
Parents live in OOB and keoke takes great care of my two dogs a few times a year. Always happy with the service.
2 stars only; 1 bc the owner Mary is such a sweet lovely person and 2 bc they took my puppy last minute. But I would NEVER leave her here again, IF the at rude mean attendant is still working there!!! I’m writing this as we our on our 1night camping trip bc I can’t stop thinking of how I wish I never left her there, I can’t even enjoy my time here. I only left her there bc my husband convinced me to give them one shot this one time The attendant not the owner was unfriendly & unprofessional. She yanked my puppy forcefully into the kennel. I said she’s a nervous dog especially to men, and her reply was “well I’m not man” and then just grabbed her my the leash pulled her in. They sleep on newspaper and a towel! No blanket, beds etc. even in a dog shelter they have blankets. And she was yelling at all the dogs to “shut up”. I gave her my pups food and didn’t label it or place it anywhere, just threw it on the desk then left for the day right behind us. The price we were told on the phone talking with the owner was $28 & she was going to “do something” discount for military. But the attendant there said $38, period. I will talk to the owner Mary and get the rate we were quoted on the phone. The attendant needs to go, she does not treat the dogs with love or care. She was so rough with my dog that here I am writing this review on our “vacation”. I pray Mary does something about that lady. PLEASE TAKE YOUR PUPS ANYWHERE ELSE. …Until that lady is fired
Mary is a wonderful kennel caretaker, i have been using her for about a yr and she is just wonderful with Dixie. She is also very pleasant to her customers. I love the area she is in, she loves her job very much and she keeps the place very clean.
Mary and her girls do a wonderful job grooming dogs. Mary runs her shop with a friendly smile to everyone.
My wife and I have brought our dogs here for years. Great prices and Staff is always friendly. Mary loves our dog and has always said whenever we needed, she would make sure she had room for her. My dog is super shy and doesn’t do well with men due to past trauma from before her adoption and the staff is on top of it and are super gentle with her. I will keep continuing using this kennel and will recommend it to anyone!
I have had my dog groomed there numerous times and every time its perfect. I have not had one bad experience. He comes home smelling clean and fresh with a cute little bow in his hair. Would highly recommend her!

Terrible customer service. The hours that she is there and the business is actually open for are insane. Seems like the lady is only there for a few hours out of the whole day. Dogs stay in their kennels for majority of the day. The lady is running a business but cares more about her personal life when she is supposed to be there. I was told that I could pick my dog up at 430 and called the day of to make sure but was told that I needed to be there by 415. I wasn't going to be there until 430 and thankfully had a friend who could pick him up. She had changed the time because she had plans. If you're running a business then follow through with what you tell you're customer you'll say you will do. If I had never called and was there at 430 like she told me then I would not have been able to get my dog until the next day. And that means dogs are locked up from 415 until whenever she gets there in the morning which is probably not until late because she has plans. The lady needs to hand off her business to someone who knows how to run one and properly take care of dogs. I would advise everyone to go somewhere else if you care about your pet and having better customer service.
