This lady is rude Places crowded nobody wearing a face mask and you have the audacity to do my mom's hair like this you need to be shut down I know people that do crochet here and this is not it you was wrong for doing her hair like this and then you don't want to fix it Terrible place

Kinky twists $180 I asked for small twist I like big/a lot of hair and she asked for $200 since I wanted small twist. That was cool. She started doing my hair then she stopped, another lady started doing my hair and the kinky twists are not small are not what I paid for. Lots of French braids are in my head. This hair job was more like a $50-$80 street job, she didn't deserve $200 for this I feel pissed that I wasted my time, energy and money all which I cannot get back. All the women there are nice it's just the person who did my hair didn't do her best I hope this wasn't her best. 4 stars for kindness, friendly place 1 maybe a soft 2 stars for the hairdo.

The person who's shop this is rates her shop at 5 stars but do not have 5 star stylist! The short chick with the glasses did my hair and it looked like a kid could do a better job! I will never go here again or refer anybody I know to this place. Took 2 hour for another stylist to show kept saying she's on the way The owner started my hair, upped the price, took my money then somebody else got in my head.. Too many red flags.. I took my hair down the same night and just couldn't the money as a loss.

Worst hair braiding experience I've ever had and I've been getting my hair braided for a long time. I waited 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to even get in the chair because the lady that was supposed to braid my hair had another engagement that the owner failed to tell me about until arriving to the shop. She called one of her 4th string braiders to do my hair and she took 10 hours to finish, yet called herself fast. I didn't eat all day, had to use the bathroom, but really just wanted to be done! The braids weren't good - very inconsistently braided, heavy and not neat. She didn't even ask what color I wanted to use until I stopped her after looking at one of the braids she did and the hair was 1B/jet black. My best friend referred me to this shop because the owner has a strong reputation, but when I asked for a discount, the owner acted like that was a problem saying "we all had a long day." A client SHOULD NEVER have to spend an entire Saturday in the shop for poorly braided medium sized box braids. She gave me 10 dollars off. My best friend came to her to speak on my behalf and got 40 dollars back. Ugh, just a TERRIBLE experience.

Like getting my hair braided here. So far these young ladies have been beautiful.

Best shop ever i been going for awhile now great place great workers my hair was very short now that i keep it braided every couple of months or weeks my hair as been growing a lot.

This shop charge too much u are Crowded in and uncomfortable could use a good cleaning they never wash combs right out of ur head into the next fast money and I think it's rude for anybody all u Africans here not speaking English in these shops y'all are rude and you guys prices too high ppl need to stop paying y'all for rush jobs and cheap hair

My first visit to this salon was in 2005 and this is my favorite place to get my hair done Fatou has growing hands and I love her!
