Matthew was pleasant and friendly! I don't live in the area but saw this place on the way to an outdoor event. It has so much to offer. It has so much to offer that I didn't get a chance to use everything. I was offered some goodies upon arrival, such as mints, towels, dash wipes and air fresheners and every time I thought that was it, Matthew shared something additional. They have pet treats to. I will drive out of my way for a great product and service and this is an all around win for me. I love that they offer supplies. Sometimes you forget your own or may not want to buy a bunch of stuff from a vending machine. My favorite has to be the dual vac, the primary vac AND a separate crevice tool! I've whined about wishing they had these at car washes and Kevin's Car Wash delivered. They've got you covered. The memberships are rather inexpensive. It's my first visit and I in fact, got a membership! I forgot...you can also get an oil change. They have a lube center on site!

I paid more than the monthly subscription rate,$21 because I don’t want a subscription and that was the only one with the extra bug wash. The only reason they’re getting 3 stars is due to all the extra stuff they have for you to wash the inside of your own vehicle and the vacuums. Would not suggest paying for more than the basic wash. It was a waste and bugs are still all over the front of my car.

I have been a loyal customers for years. And I was very happy with the service. I went to get a car wash and oil change. Upon getting my oil change, the service team told me to pull forward. They were not ready under the vehicle for this to happen. They lost the screw to my splash guard and noticed something was wrong with the bottom of the car and neglected to inform us something wrong. After driving off, we noticed that there was something dragging. They did not issue us a refund, or give us a new screw and jerry rigged it together. I was very happy with this company until and do not plan to return

This place will have your Car set up better than ever! Was like treating my car to it's own Personal Spa! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Roy helped me with my car service during the visit and he was an absolute joy to have assist me. He was knowledgeable and had a big smile on his face during the visit. What a fantastic start to my day. Best car wash I’ve ever been to in my life. Ryan was absolutely incredible, he was hilarious and helped us get exactly what we needed. He brought such a wonderful, joyous, contagious energy that made getting your car washed exciting. Didn’t even think that was possible. We had a great experience with Ryan at the car wash today. Great personality and made it fun for my kiddo. The gentleman in the tunnel was amazing too and he actually made me laugh which is a first while getting my car washed! Keep up the good vibes!

Went for a quick cheap wash and ended up getting the membership! The employees there are incredibly friendly and i felt so happy to be there! My autistic son loved all of the decorations and lights! I loved the vacs and provided car care items! I think i have finally found the best car wash ever!!! Thank you!

I have tried other car washes but I always end up coming back to Kevin’s Car Wash, I am always pleased with the service. I love that they offer mat cleaners and have many interior products for your car. Today specifically was amazing service. Alexis offered phenomenal guest service; assisting me with any questions I had. Will definitely keep coming!

So I got a new truck and have been evaluating car washes, looking for the right monthly unlimited deal. I live up north, work downtown, so tried McBees, Squeaky Clean, Charlie’s, Go…then got a FB ad for Kevin’s. Got a free “$29.99” car wash from them via the Facebook ad. First off, it was no better than an $8 gas station wash. Wheels were untouched and filthy, as was the entire front end of the truck. Drying, vacuuming etc is left for you to do yourself. Worst part is, the wash is TINY. It scratched both mirrors on a 45 day old $60k truck. Folded the passenger mirror in scratched it, then the brushes grabbed it and folded it back out, only to have a nozzle drag across it and and scratch it again! End of the world? Nope. But this was a mistake I won’t make twice.
