Kew Gardens Apartments

I’ve been living here for 2 weeks and I must say that I am so happy that I chose this place. Great staff and fast maintenance, friendly neighbors and so much more. The place looks historic and so beautiful from the outside and there’s a really beautiful garden inside that’s very calming

I have lived here for many years and love the building! The neighborhood is wonderful and the garden in the middle of the building is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and always available.

Kew Gardens is the best apartment complex in DC! The staff is amazing and always responds quickly if there ever is an issue! Beautiful, spacious apartment!

If you want to be surrounded by historic sites and beautiful homes. This is one of the places to consider to move to. So far, everyone I have met is really nice.

I have lived in these apartment for over two years and I have only positive things to say about the location, management, and amenities. Issues with the building are promptly dealt with by a maintenance guy who lives on-site and problems are resolved quickly.

I've lived at Kew Gardens for half a year and couldn't be happier. The building is beautiful and newly renovated. The gym is great and they offer free fitness classes every week. The best part, though, is the wonderful management. Every staff member is responsive and helpful--they truly care about their tenants!

Kew Gardens is a charming place to settle down. Great location, affordable pricing, and very nice staff. The apartments themselves have a cozy old-tyme feel with welcomed renovations that don't make it lose it's charm. Would highly recommend!
