Shopping in NYC can be annoying because oftentimes you have to go to a few different grocery stores to find your favorite brands of foods. I love this Key Foods because they always have all of my favorites in stock. They also do a really great prepared Rotisserie Chicken. Like REALLY good. I had to take off one star because this is the grocery store that's closest to my exes apartment, and I hate that there's a chance of running in to each other. On second thought, I gave it 5 stars because it actually forced me to learn how to cook a really great Rotisserie Chicken. And my turkey at Thanksgiving is literally out of this world because of it.

This is a solid grocery store. I’ve never had issues here and the prices are great. Also, the flower shop attached to the exterior has some of the best fresh cut flowers in Astoria for excellent prices. Better quality than some of the more expensive flower shops in the area.

Excellent variety and a very clean store. Fruits and vegetables Excellent. Only reason for 4 stars is limited meats and fish

Variety of things. Deli has variety of salads. All sizes of ground meat available. Not many real sales. Good quality.

This is a nice Key Food. It's a bit small but it's clean, well stocked, and it had pretty good produce and fruits. Great bakery. The staff is generally friendly and the manger is super nice. I was trying to find a certain type of coconut milk and after helping me look he went to the back and found me a can. Great neighborhood supermarket!

This Key-Food is probably the Best one around! Staff is Great ! Deli has the freshest salads cold cuts The store Is huge.. So No problems walking around shopping Plenty of room for everyone to walk up an down the aisles These people appreciate your Business unlike alot of supermarkets in my Neighborhood

Specifically the older cashiers are consistently rude and lack customer service skills. They treat everyone they don't know as if they're second hand customers and hold up the line because they're busy chatting to customers they do know. This is just one of the many ways your check out experience will be awful. It's just not worth going to this place anymore. The prices don't match the service. And I don't need anyone to be a sweet butter cup who works there, but cashiers who have some basic common sense and courtesy would be great.

First of all this place is grossly overpriced. Also, absolutely terrible customer service, I rented a carpet cleaner from here and it electrocuted me when I used it checked if the outlet was grounded and it was. I tried to get my money back and the manager accused me of lying and tried to give me an even older machine with 3x as many clocked hours and refused to give me my money back. Only after ample conversation and arguing not to mention the manager shouting at me did they finally give me a refund. If you want to waste your money on marked up groceries go ahead, but DO NOT rent their carpet cleaners.

Obscenely expensive. $6 for 8 ounces of regular cheddar? $11 for two small grilled chicken cutlets that look terrible? $10 for spring mix? FOH
