He is exceptional in his due diligence and customer service and has always been flexible with my family's banking and notary needs. Thank you, Jacob, you make life just a little bit easier in a hard time.
Highly recommend. Great people here.
One star, I do not recommend banking here, particularly the people who run this branch are not experienced in proper service.
Key shut down my checking account randomly without any warning and HELD my money from me for over a week and made me go into a branch to get a check for MY OWN MONEY.
Not the most accessible location, but nice people.
