My husband and I needed to find a home in Thomasville, this was a short notice due to a new job. We were moving 12 hours away from home.
I communicated with Julie Bryan at KeySouth via email and found her to be very accommodating. Julie met us on a Saturday, spent the day not only showing us properties but also showing us around the town, she recommended places to dine, and shop. Julie made us feel right at home. Loved her hospitality, did not feel like she was just there for a house sale.
we returned home, Julie and the staff helped with all the details needed in purchasing a home. I highly recommend Julie and her team, you will not be disappointed!

Marilyn Mcree is absolutely one of the best, she is determined, diligent and never gives up. I can't say enough good about this agent, from start to finish she went above and beyond. She made you feel like family. If you are in the market please do not hesitate to call her.

I bought my first home through Mrs. Julie Bryan at KeySouth and my experience couldn't have been better. Mrs. Julie was knowledgeable of the local market and made herself available on short notice numerous times in order to show me various homes.
One main advantage KeySouth provides is the company box truck. I used the truck free of charge the entire weekend when I moved, which saved me at least a couple hundred dollars.
Every agent I encountered during my trips to the office was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Mrs. Julie and KeySouth to anyone in the market for a new home.
You can't go wrong with knowledgeable agents who put the customer first and KeySouth does that better than anyone else. Thanks again!

When I first considered purchasing a home in Thomasville, I was unsure of who to choose to assist me in my move. However, when I came across Julie Bryan, Cathy Monroe, and their team, I couldn't have been more pleased with my choice. In both the purchasing and the sell of my house, they have been phenomenal. I have felt extremely supported and encouraged during both of these moves, and anyone who has moved before knows that moving can be a potentially difficult time. Fortunately, this has not been the case working with KeySouth! If you are hesitant about who to call, I would highly recommend that you give Julie and her team a chance to work with you!
