Keystone Boxing & MMA Gym

Started my son in little ninjas here and he loves it! Jose then started a boxing and fitness class that i enjoy so much! He shows you a mix of exercises and boxing fitness and makes sure your doing it right. He'll keep you coming back for more!

World-class instructor. Knowledgeable about both fitness and health, but also empowers you to keep pushing yourself to meet your goals. I would recommend Keystone to anyone of all ages. I have been here for a month and half, and have seen huge results in my own body & mental health. Great, family-oriented environment.

Keystone Boxing is a top tier gym! I travel 45 minutes to train there 4 days a week. Quality gyms with high level coaching is rare nowadays so when I found Keystone I felt the drive was well worth it! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to just start out or take your game to the next level.

Well designed friendly gym. Jose the owner is wonderful and welcoming. The gym was incredibly clean and kept up. Plenty of masks and sanitizer available. Drove from queens to train here and it was fantastic. Highest rating possible.Will be coming back.

Coach Jose is the man! He really cares about everyone that comes in and wants to help them grow in their confidence and their skills! Honestly the best overall gym i’ve ever been too in my life !
