KFC

My family ordered the $24.99 deal with 10 PCs of chicken sides and biscuits. The commercial looks amazing! It shows drumsticks and thighs as the pieces you'll be receiving. So, we order. Get home and sit down to eat. Open up the chicken. Disappointment : All we received were 10 wings. The biscuits were rock hard. Even putting then in the mic for a cpl secs didn't help them. And of course when I tried calling, big surprise, no answer. I've tried calling a few more times to no avail. So, I figured I'd leave a review so that someone will here me.

My husband came off interstate to eat Herr on way to Texas. It's 4pm & NO pot pies, restaurant is dirty. Customers not allowed to use drink machine. Condiments counter messy, NO salt packets in the entire store. Mexican pizza barely had meat in middle top looked like it was dumped over on lid. Husband Chicken Bowl had dried chicken pieces. Don't go here! Employees get paid higher amounts to slap food together charge you $20 & you wouldn't feed your dog.

I’m very disappointed about this restaurant! Don’t get me wrong I love KFC, but this KFC sucks! The fries are very hard nasty, the chicken nuggets was a very disappointing I think of all the meal that I only liked was the Diet Pepsi and the biscuits! Other than that everything sucked especially the service through drive thru very unprofessional staff! And giving the wrong orders out like damn! Honestly they should close this place down or at least get new management! I told my husband I should’ve seen the reviews before heading over here like damn 2.7 wow they suck! Don’t waste your time or money at this place it isn’t worth it!

I'm so disappointed and upset and really just sick about this fast food place along with others as well. I ordered a 12 piece with 3 sides and it was $40.35 ?? I'm still in shock or maybe I just don't understand what is going on with the high prices. Guess my money will stay in my pocket from now now

This KFC has to be extremely poorly managed and management should be replaced. I get to this KFC all the lights are off. I ordered a big box 5pc tender meal. I try ordering sides but the only thing they had was Mashed Potatoes. So I get multiple Mash Potatoes. I order a drink same issue no lemonade so I made a substitution for Mango tea. Aswell as no apple pie poppers. I paid for an extra biscuit nothing is said to me until after I paid that they were out of biscuits. So I had to get another Mash Potatoes and Gravy. This has a lot of bad signs the lights are turned off as they don't want people coming in and only have 1 side 2 hours before closing. 1 or 2 subs isn't something that is gonna end my day but after I've paid for something is not ok. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant.

I bought the 8 piece meal. I ordered extra biscuits, the biscuits were hard had to put them in the microwave to soften them!! The pieces of chicken were so small, nowhere like your commercials!!!! Really greasy!!!! I have not eaten KFC in 4 years or more!! Now I know why!!! I thought I'd give KFC another chance, I thought by now they had improved!!! I spent over $35 for the most horrible chicken/biscuits I've ever bought!!! I will never purchase KFC again!!! I will never recommend KFC to anyone!!!

Clean establishment with friendly helpful staff. There were 4 of us and each meal was properly prepared and rendered good flavor. They did forget to provide our side meal of mashed potatoes but for the most part they get a 4 out of 5 from me

This is the only KFC that doesn’t do pick up order !!! And top of that they close an hr earlyFood: 1/5

The original recipe is not fully cooked. This has been so for the last 5 or 6 visits. Near the bone is reddish undone meat.
