I think this is the best KFC I have ever been to. GREAT FOOD and Service Still lacking on the cleanliness aspect, went into the bathroom and . Looks like if some homeless guy toke a bath in it?.. kinda gross didn’t go to the bathroom due to this. Otherwise the food was great!! The chicken was good and the apple pie bites! Went with family, great night out otherwise
Walked in to see a kid running around the store. Didn’t take long to find out it was an employees kid. She was jumping on the counter while I was right next to the counter without getting told to stay down or the mom trying to control her. The mom one employee with the kid went straight from sweeping the floor saw her touching the dirt part of the broom and dustpan, to handling money, to handling food. This to me seems pretty unsanitary! Took about 5 minutes before we got any order in and there was 4 employees around the store. I only saw 1 doing work prior to us actually getting help and props to her because it seemed like nothing was getting done without her!
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The young gentleman who helped us with an online order was patient and helpful. We did an online order for the Diablo rewards program and he was nice and never got frustrated with us needing help. The store is exactly perfectly clean and looks way better than most places. I would recommend this KFC location above the Moorhead location. 10 outta 10 would recommend! Thank you staff working this Thursday June 1, 2023! Kid-friendliness: Has kid friendly ordering.
Just enjoyed a nice sit-down meal with the family. Great quiet atmosphere, very clean. Food was fast, fresh, and as always delicious. My favorite will always be the famous bowl.Food: 5/5
5 workers in the place, and only 1 acknowledged me before disappearing in the back. Despite a growing crowd inside, all the employees were hiding behind the ovens, some working driv through others just looking busy chatting. After 10 minutes I got tired of waiting, and also realized how over priced everything was; $40 for a 12 piece bucket is ridiculous. I also felt sorry for the obvious new person, being shown how to ignore customers.
Overall very disappointed in todays visit. Meal for a family of 3 was $50+. When ordering found out after I already paid that they were waiting on chicken and it was 30min wait. Changed order from original to tenders. Once we received food was missing two sides and the chicken was pathetic for kfc having finger licking’ good chicken HA. On top of it every other customer was also upset and one even asked for their money back! Don’t come here if you have low expectations, you’ll still be dissatisfied.

Never been let down by this KFC as it's the only one remaining in Fargo, ND. ordered the fillup box, a potato bowl with a side of Mac and Cheese. Highly recommended for fast and good food. Parking: Alot of spots, no curb so it's wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Food was alright. They need to learn about customer service. Several employees behind counter but no one to assist customers walking in, need someone watching the front. When someone did take my order they acted like it was an imposition. Not impressed.Food: 3/5
Gal at the register was very friendly and warned us that chicken on the bone was at least an 8-minute wait and she provided updates while we were waiting. The wait was understandable, since the drive-thru was full and there were several families/groups dining in. They waited to prepare the rest of our order until the chicken was ready so that it was all fresh and HOT - not something you find often at fast food places! I had the chicken tenders and my mom had the 2-piece meal - all delicious! Tables for dining in were mostly clean; a few that needed to be wiped, but not terrible. We could have done without the unsupervised children running around, but overall a positive experience!
