KFC

There is a lack of consistency in the chicken breast meals I order. Was there the other day. Again the white chicken meat was too tough and the coating, extra crispy, was not on the chicken breast but had fallen off and was not crispy at all! A cooking problem? Someone needs to supervise the cook! Also, some autistic adult was turning the lights off and on and laughed about it!! Anyone in charge at Middletown KFC?

Does any Fast Food Restaurants here in Newport, take there business seriously. Freaking cold chicken sandwiches…WTF!!! KFC??? You have no competition and you still suck!!! Charged me over $15 for $ 3.00 service. There is no time stamp or date on colE slaw; as it tasted old. If I get sick, I’m suing KFC. Would NOT eat here again.

Same problems I've had every time I come here. Not enough chicken so I have to wait "25 mins" for food to be ready. More like slow food. It took them ten mins just to try to take my order. The place is not that busy to have these problems. When you are in the business of fried chicken it needs to be made ahead of time to meet demands. Use your product build sheets and organize your team to build to those levels. Put on management that knows how to keep proper inventory on shift. The past 3 times I've tried I walked out with my family because of the terrible organization at this location. The store was decently clean, however, the demeanor of the employees was that this is normal and it's ok. Service with the sense of some hospitality would have maybe convinced us it was worth the wait.

The chicken sandwiches were excellent very tasteful very feeling macaroni and cheese was good too. My favorite most of all is the mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans with onions, Is sold my belly right up.

I went in today 5/31/23 at around 5:15 I just have to say that the girl at the counter was so nice and friendly! And very helpful. At a time when businesses are having trouble getting help, your Middletown RI location is so fortunate to have her! She was a perfect representation for your company. I wish I got her name, I'm sorry to say that I didn't. Sincerely Joanne Potts

KFC saved the day!! After spending a miserable day in Newport being rejected by countless restaurants saying they are not serving food, or have astronomical wait times we saw this gem on the way home. Now I have been to many KFC's and this was the best experience and the best staff with the best food. The chicken at this location was easily the best ever, not over cooked nor undercooked. Just the right amount of crisp on the tenders. The staff was so nice especially the gentleman working the register. Nothing bad to say, the colonial strikes again!

Been a while since I've been to KFC. The potatoes and gravy were good as was the chicken although a bit salty but the biscuit was pretty dry and dinner didn't come with the coleslaw that I remember so fondly.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes

The staff was very polite helped me figure out what the better deal was on what I was ordering but it's fast food what can I say

It is what it is... fast food chicken. But their chicken breast sandwich is excellent.

I dont know why people gave such bad reviews. My husband and I went and ordered our food from thos location. We were greated immediately, food was made to order and hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean however we didnt use the bathrooms as all. The tables were cleaned off no trash, all lids and straws and those little packets were well stocked. Dining room was very quiet as well. The employees were also very nice and i didnt hear swearing like other people claimed to be. The reason why we gave a four is only cause we didnt see the bathrooms.
