Why is it so hard to get an order right?!?! Gave me 5 instead of 6 piece chicken tenders and spicy when I ordered classic. And 3 out of 5 were 1/2 the size of what their tenders should be
Just got back home and opened my KFC box to find out they skimped me! I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and they gave me the smallest piece available. I can see why this restaurant has horrible ratings & reviews. Please double check your order before you leave the drive thru!
Ordered the 5 piece combo box no changes made and wanted to charge me $14 and change, when I told the lady that it states a different price she didn’t want to honor it and wanted me to pay almost $15 for a 5 piece. Teach your staff customer service and when it says a price honor it.
You'd think the employees would be smart enough to get all the items in the box, but time and time again they keep missing stuff !! Hope this location shuts down, or they clean the slate and get all new employees : the food I did receive was good tho
Friendly staff, great service. Love the mac and cheese bowl. also love the chicken fried steak dinner, and the chicken sandwich
The chicken tenders were basically chicken jerky and they counted a little fried piece of breading as the fifth chicken tender in my meal not that I wanted it anyway. They forgot my chicken pot pie and my side of corn was three spoonfuls. This location is seriously lacking in quality control.
Serenity is amazing & kind, she gave me one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a LONG time! : Fast Food is a tough job, a lot of that being “dealing with customers”. In this pandemic climate where everyone is short-staffed, it’s refreshing to have such amazing customer service knowing 9/10 customers are rude, grumpy, or even hostile. Keep shining your light, Serenity & the Fed. Heights Team!
Hot fresh food. Drink was cold. Tasty and not overcooked or greasy.
Thanks for the dry old chicken sandwich I have to choke down... don't serve yesterday's food people will notice. I'm glad I got the drink.
While ordering my food I felt like I was met with serious attitude. I feel like I asked a very common request of dark meat only. Instead of politely saying they couldn't fulfill request I was given a harsh "NO!" I as well felt I could have been told if you want dark meat only it will take X minutes. In a calm and polite manner. But this was not the case. I felt attacked. I eat at kfc all the time and have never had problems getting my requested dark meat only meal but NEVER had an employee yell "NO" at me.
