Went there around 830pm and they said they was out if white meat & dark, no French fries either- too lazy to make them I'm sure, plus most of the beverages was out, they was too lazy to change the syrup, and no forks or spoons, too lazy to go open another box I'm sure- bet they'll have all of this stuff for the next day, how could they be out of so much stuff ? What they going to do for the next day? Whoever the guys on night shift was shouldn't be working there- including the Night manager- nothing but lazy workers- unbelievable terrible service- this KFC location I wouldn't recommend to no one- and if they was really out of that stuff they need to order better- do your job or quit and let people work there that want to work !
This place is a joke. I always wonder who manages this KFC and the one in Magna. Obviously no Managerial skills. The wait time is ridiculous and they won't even take your order if you go inside since they don't answer you to take your order at the drive through. I think they have children managing these stores. Seriously!!
Why is diner closed to the public at noon. Was told only drive thru is open. But the diner door was open and all the chairs were set às if ready for business. Could at least take my order from drive thru cashier. I'm the only one in the lobby and there no one in the drive thru. It's not just terrible service it's straight laziness. It should be lunch rush hour and I'm the only one in line. Would not be surprised if they turned down other customers. Bad for business.
Went to kfc, set in line for 15 minutes! Two cars behind us left. We decided to go over to the KFC in Taylorsville. We was helped right away and received our food in a timely manner.
Order extra crispy, they didn't have enough for my order, got half and half regular, ask for hot sauce they didn't have any, When she gave my receipt it was blank, so I ask if she can print another one, she got mad.Food: 3/5
That would be a negative star. We ordered today, the BISCUITS TASTE LIKE SOAP, THE ENTIRE BUCKET OF CHICKEN WAS SOGGY, over cooked and the coleslaw smelled foul! Don’t get me started on the service! It’s the KFC ON 3500 south! They need a visit from the HEALTH DEPARTMENT!
Terrible experience. Ordered through the website, received email my order was ready. Arrived and was told my order was canceled due to not having enough product. Manager was rude, dismissive and uniformed. I actually had to call an 800 number to get a refund.
My worst experience I've ever had at KFC. Half of our food was missing and when I opened up the corn it was burnt and mixed with macaroni and cheese. I have children with food allergies and I am extremely angry when food gets mixed up. I will not be going to this location ever again. I tried to call them to work it out and their phone isn't working it is just busy every time I call. I would go back and try to work it out but I'm afraid I'm just too angry to deal with anybody there.
I live right by this place so I come through a lot, it can be hit and miss like fast food always is. But, can I just say whoever is working the food line right now 1:30pmish Monday 7/19/21 you are a god among men, and you deserve a raise. I've never gotten a sandwich that looks like the adverts before and dang was all my food good - I'd give it more stars if I could!
KFC has always been a go to meal fore and my family for decades. After going to a store last week, that has come to a complete END! 28.00+ for a 8 piece meal......is total rip off. I understand inflation, but taking advantage of consumers is not the way. I will never buy KFC again or recommend.
