I am disappointed. I usually love this place. Tonight I got my food, got home and opened the box to find fries that I imagined were the last in the bin, most of them were hard and somewhat stale. Then I moved on to my chicken and it was dry too. I understand when it gets later in the night you don't want to cook more food but I also don't want to pay for dry, stale food.
We decided to try this KFC after having three bad experiences at the Layton KFC dining in. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Bountiful KFC clean dining area, the quick service and their fountain drink machine actually had ice in it. The chicken was warm and delicious and my wife used the restroom to wash her hands afterwards and said it was even clean. So a big thumbs up for this Bountiful KFC compared to the one in Layton. We will be back for more chicken. Parking: The parking lot is tricky to get in and out of at busy traffic times. But we didn't have any problems finding a spot to park.
I never leave bad reviews, but I can't let this one go. I went through the drive thru and ordered a bucket of chicken meal. When I got to the window to pay, I was shocked to hear that I owed 30 dollars! For 8 pieces of chicken! Needless to say, I was short 5 dollars because I didn't bring my purse that had my other credit cards in it. She asked me to pull forward until I figured out what to do. Granted, it's raining and cold. My friend sent me the 5 dollars through cash app. I ended up just going inside to get my order. The guy at the counter said he would be with me shortly. I said I'm just here to pay for my order from the drive thru. Knowing I've been waiting already in the drive through as there were many cars ahead of me, and now to wait longer as he helped guests in the dining room instead of assisting me as my food sat and is getting cold! I've been in the customer service industry all of my employed life and know how to treat people. I would have just let the 5 dollars slide and considered the circumstances. I mean come on! Your menu is way overpriced to begin with! And very rude employees. Customer service sucks at this location I'm Bountiful. I will NEVER return....
We will go here on occasion to get a bunch of grub quick to fill up our family. Today when we arrived home after going through the drive through we recognized our order was wrong. KFC had given us their original crispy chicken instead of tenders. After a quick phone call they were able to make things right as painless as possible for me. We will continue being customers.
Great side dishes but lacking in consistency on their chicken lately been coming here for years; the other day, they packed my Pot Pie on its side?!Food: 4/5
I ordered inside for carry out 10/26 a busy Wednesday night. Armis at the cash register was patient kind and accurate! The food was good too.
I went to order food inside. There were four people behind the counter, three of them were on their phone. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one helped me. I heard someone say that there was someone at the counter but still nothing. My order would have been over $60. I finally just walked out. I won't be back.
They took forever to help me then i waited and when i got my food i realized they didn’t put any sauce as i asked for barbecue. Like no fries! This place really lacks in quality for how much you charge here and this is fast food! Be fast!
Super friendly staff, very clean and well kept dining area. Food was really good. I was debating on doing for starts because they missed things like no pickles on a sandwich and gave me an individual sized macaroni instead of a large. However, everything else was better than expected.
First off ordered in the Drive-Thru and had to wait 25 minutes for my food before I parked and went inside to get it and when I came home to eat it it was disgusting completely inedible. This is not the first time it's happened I have tried coming back 4 or 5 times thinking maybe it was just a bad shift or one that experience but each time the food has been awful and so has the service.
