When we first walked in we noticed it was really chilly in there, but we ordered anyway. Next we were told we could not have a receipt because the receipt printer was not working today. My dad's extra crispy breast pieces were great! The sides were hot and the biscuit was fresh. But I ordered a three-piece tender meal. One of the chicken tenders was exactly what you would expect, but the other two were so tiny and dried out that I took a picture.
My husband and I stopped by this location really quick to pick up one single side of mashed potatoes to go with our dinner, and two drinks. They took our order and said it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes later they said it would be 15-20. We ended up sitting there for almost an hour waiting for two drinks and one order of mashed potatoes. Never going back.
Placed online order, got confirmation and drove there to be told they had no chicken and my order could not be fulfilled. I was offered Taco Bell instead I just asked for my order to be cancelled but was told I needed to call customer service to refund the order they couldn’t fulfill. Talked to GM who told me the health department made them throw was their product for food safety temperature reasons. So much wrong. Go elsewhere.
Food was disgusting difficult to eat chicken was not cook properly if i would of ate the food it would of be fatal ...mac and cheese look nasty mushie I don't recommend it for a person the i dislike imagine how bad it was....nasty waisted almost 20 bucksFood: 1/5
Legit 2 out of 3 times foods completely horrible. 20 dollar fill up box all the chickens cold cold biscuits. 3 worst pieces of extra crispy that doesn't even look like KFC chicken. Don't even try it it's gross!Food: 1/5
I would like to give 0 star if possible. They gave us the oldest chicken bucket from the morning and even the biscuit also too hard. After we ate those wings and biscuit we all get sick .
I almost never ever write a positive a review especially for a fast food restaurant, but the experience I had was definitely worth taking a second to talk about. We walked in and were greeted immediately. Our order was out within a few minutes and was 100% accurate, hot, and fresh. The staff was very inviting and all though we don’t eat fast food much I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the care you took with us. Best customer service I’ve had in years with fast food.
Don’t go there , went there to get a family meal , the price they charged me is different from the price displayed above the cash , when I questioned them , of course you get this nasty attitude with dumb explanations, I will be contacting the state about the pricing issue . Extremely dirty bathroom HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!
Don't order on doordash if you're looking to get all your items.
I went inside to redeem a voucher I had for $10. So I got 2 chicken bowls. I knew there would be money I would owe them and I was ready to pay. The woman behind the counter helping me was extremely nice and funny. She ended up needing the manager to override it. I ended up getting my order for free. Very nice people here. Parking: Plenty of spots
