KFC

Apparently they just enjoy giving you whatever they feel like these days, to hell with your original order. This used to be a great KFC, I'm not sure what happened. I remember at one point a couple years or so ago there were a wonderful earnest group of staff that worked here. Friendly, attentive, went out of their way sometimes and had the restaurant running like a well oiled machine. The food, service and volume of customers clearly reflected this. Now it's barely a shadow of that. Sad. Many other reviews here seem to corroborate my sentiments. Do better.

The store was empty with not one customer. The manager was sitting in front on her phone. They gave me three piece with fries. I asked them not to put a small meatless piece in my box. She did it anyway. Saying it was not them, its how they come. She was rude and obnoxious. As a manager seeing how displease I was with the portion, she could have just added another small piece to level the complaint. She instead told me the pieces were counted to be sold tomorrow. Which was a complete lie. Her attitude was disgusting and her tone was very condescending. Not worth visiting this location again. You would think that in this neighborhood, repeat business would be the objective. Not turning people off from ever coming back. New management is needed at this location. Shameful

Horrible place with tables are never clean they should really keep this place clean is the only KFC around Flatbush the next one is on Coney Island Avenue because she is have no energy what so ever and it's only 3:00

I ordered my meal which wasn't bad, but what gave me great alarm is what I found in my drink. They have a fountain machine and you can pour your own drink. I DID NOT drink from the cup AT ALL but poured it into another cup when I got home and when I went to throw out the cup I saw black little things floating at the bottom. For someone who gets reactions from mold and have seen this before from other places, my throat started to get irritated and a bit inflamed. To have mold in you machine just shows that now one is cleaning it and they are careless with food standards. Will file complaint with NYC about this one.

Ordered on DoorDash. Chicken was horrible salty, smell like it was spoiling, old and fried over. Popcorn chicken was horrible too seemed like batter instead of chicken and also salty. Will not be purchasing KFC again.

I was visiting the KFC located on Flatbush Av & Snyder Av on Saturday evening October 9th 2021. I ordered 4 Chicken Tenders and a biscuit. When my order was ready, I checked my order for accuracy. Instead, they gave me 4 pieces of Original Recipe Chicken and a biscuit. I sent it back to them in order to give me my proper order. The crew member taking orders needs to do a much better job listening to what the customers are ordering. That's all I have to say.

Food good however cashiers are not FRIENDLY! And please know what you want to order before you reach the counter, and try not to make any mistakes! Good luck

Its KFC . Friendly staff. A cheap way to not go hungryfor a few days.

Everything fresh, hot and delicious! The staff however needs training. One server kept dancing and singing while he swept the floor, the manager was seen by all yelling at a customer, when it was my turn to be served, the same manager, who was doubling as cashier, was now arguing with her staff, she abruptly left, no apologies to the long line of customers for her behavior. We then had to wait even longer for another worker to take over the cash register. Food great!, staff needs prayer.

The taste of flour overpowered the original taste of the chicken, hard dry biscuits, hard fries etc. I gave two stars because the coleslaw was fresh ‍
