The spicy bowl is BOMB!!! THEM FUNNEL FRIES WAS MICROWAVED & DRIIED OUT BUTT GREASY I COULDNOT BITE THEM .I HAD A LARGE & IM BIG MAD.Food: 3/5

The lady up front was really nice. I ordered the wrong thing though which is my fault. Than I asked for some Nashville hot sauce and was given a talk on how only this time she'd do it by the cook. Than cook hands me the sauce and says rudley your welcome before I even have a chance to thank her. It's not about what I want it's about the attitude. Happened 133pm

Food is over cooked dried out no flavor always out of chicken wait time 15-20 minutes. Mac and cheese old dried out as well. Honestly that kfc should be shut down! They're just as nasty as burger King on 99th, HORRIBLE FOOD

AA usual, I get the 5-piece strip meal with a Pepsi. "We are out of Pepsi", replied the voice on the box. I was not offered anything else due to no Pepsi. Got my order and left. Driving to Lincoln, no condiments. I was not offered any dipping sauce, no ketchup, no butter and no honey. Today's service is not doubt a thumbs down. I stopped in yesterday to get a 5-piece chicken tenders meal. I asked if the chicken was fresh and I was told yes. After paying about $12.00 for said meal, I left. When I got home, no receipt and no napkins. The fries looked weather beaten and the chicken was not fresh. I must have interrupted the cashier from going out to smoke as her one hand was behind her back holding a cigarette and a lighter as she was taking my order. That particular KFC is not representing the company as it should. No hairnets, no gloves and no professionalism. The franchise owner should go in as a secret shopper then she would witness it first-hand how dissatisfied people like me are. This is the KFC on North 30th Street in Omaha, Nebraska.

Delicious , Now That's the Go to KFC ! The Staff were Very Professional and Friendly .

30 dollars down the drain food was overcooked or a day old sitting there under the warming lights.will never go to that place again

My wife just went through the drive thru here and they didn’t give her everything she ordered. They left out a whole meal after she asked if it was there and she was told by the window worker that it was in the box. I would be calling them but the phone is either disconnected or not set up. Not a good look

I have always enjoyed KFC. The reason for my rating is because this weekend I went there and the customer service was great. However neither the spicy Chicken sandwich or the fries live up to what I would expect from KFC. The meat itself was moist, but the must have just dabbed some sauce on it, unless you lifted the bread up you wouldn't see the little sauce that was on there. . It wasn't really that flavourful. They should go back to wedges.

I was super excited to try the plant based chicken. I waited in the drive through for 5 mins and none answered so I drove to the window for them to tell me to go back through the drive through. I ordered my food for them to tell me to pull around since it takes 4 minutes to cook. I waited 15 minutes and then went back for the drive-thru and I asked for a refund. They didn't try to make the food for me again for free or anything and then when I asked for a copy of the receipt they told me to go back and wait in the front again so I just left. This is very unfortunate because I was really excited to try the plant-based options. But I will never be going to KFC again
