Terrible unprofessional staff. Not well trained and refuse to correct their errors. Very few goo service employees most are No service oriented staff. 3 out of 4 times ordering, the order was not correct, and when get home and realize they’ve made a mistake, you call and call and call and you may or may not get anyone to answer the phone. The manager is rude and would not make the orders right. Bad bad service. Orders 2 Three piece all white chicken dinners, got 2 pieces instead but paid for 3. Another time order a 8 piece bucket, got 3 Thighs instead of 2 breast only got 1 breast. They did not make either order correct. They do not care.
I waited 10 mins, the cashier asked me if I order 2 pot pies. I told him no and repeated my order as he keyed it in. Got to work and had two POT PIES, I do not eat the pot pies. I paid for a 3 pcs meal. If I wasn't at work I would have gone back for a refund. Dietary restrictions: unsweetened Tea
12-18-22 I went there tonight to order eight pieces of chicken with the two large size..The chicken breast was kind of raw, I ordered large green beans and large mashed potatoes.... the mashed potatoes didn't have no grave on top... I was very disappointedFood: 1/5
Now I understand why the reviews were so bad. Chicken was so soggy that it ripped through the box. Tried the chicken, slimy, soggy, room temperature. Didn't help they were out of diet Coke. Just kind of the cherry on top. When asking questions to the person at the window, got no response via the speaker as well as the window. I know it's fast food but.. I guess I at least expected good customer service. Still going to eat KFC, just not from this location.
drive thru ladies were rude. interrupted me, rolled her eyes at me. have been many times before as i work in the area but will never be back
The staff is horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I was just going about my day and made the mistake of ordering food from this particular location. When I say the stuff was rude for absolutely no reason I mean it! It’s such a shame that such a big chain company puts no effort into properly training their staff. Basic customer service skills should be the minimum requirement to work at a fast food restaurant. You could not pay me enough to ever return to this place!
The reason I gave such a lower score for the food was because the chicken was dry and I asked for original and it tastes like I had crispy and if I was not satisfied with my meal and I spent extra money for the meal because I bought my co-worker a meal as.Food: 2/5
The service was bad they didn't get my order right had to go back up there and it still was right. So they will not be getting my service back again. I spent over 70 dollars there. No not again.Food: 1/5
First time pre-ordered with app, food was ready upon arrival, quick service. Much better than slow service I tend to expect from them. Hope this is new norm!
Great food, clean place. Online pickup is rather slow though, they seem to prioritize drive thru. Parking: easy parking
