Rude and condescending drive thru worker named Taterica charges me for me food and then walks away leaving me wondering when my order will be ready. I watch her walk back and forth fraternizing with the other staff and flirting with a customer inside the building. She then unceremoniously hands me food. After running further errands I get on home and discover one of my orders is burnt to a crisp, so I called and a disinterested male staff member answers upon which I express my concerns about my burnt food. He tells me to bring it back. I say am no longer in the area and he states “Ok”, immediately after hanging up on me. In these trying times I wouldn’t recommend anyone be fired, but I think they could use some customer service training and maybe some grill protocol
Pretty nasty place. The floors are sticky, the soda fountain area smells horrible, like something dead is there, the chicken and fries taste like they were fried in rancid oil. KFC should get down here and supervise this location or the Health Department should shut it down. Disgusting 100%
Great customer service BUT the KFC chicken was horrible, super greasy and was not fresh. The soda tasted like carbonated water. The biscuits were good. Dissapointed for the amount I paid. I live on the other side of town so I couldn't turn around.
Super yummy food. Decent service. However, they double charged me for an item, which is frustrating and earned a removal of a star. Classic KFC experience otherwise!
Worst service from all the KFCs I've been. They simply don't care about their job, chicken was old and small pieces. I always order the 3 pc. Como dark meat and I always get 2 thighs and 1 leg, this time 2 legs and 1 thigh in the picture I ate the small thigh already, ohh...and the "mashed potatoes " lol it was just gravy.....and a pinch of mashed potatoes. The cashier of the drive thru didn't say anything, just the total, didn't put napkins or plasticware, I asked him for the receipt, nothing, just handed out to me that that's it. Careless.......
Roaches on the fountain drink items, this is unacceptable. This Kentucky need's a deep cleaning and need's a New Manager and the staff need's to be trained properly in customer service.. I'm definitely calling the Health department on Monday, I was so repulsed I didn't touch my food I threw it away. I understand that there are rodents and Roaches but this place is just dirty..
Dry AF flat tenders.. ordered sauces paid for 2 extra but didn't get any. Paid an extra buck for coleslaw, didn't get that either. They sure have a spiffy card reader wand to get that cheddar during the pandemic, but can't be bothered to make sure the orders are correct. Won't bother complaining directly, as who wants food that's been spit on? Attached pic of receipt and food. 8 Month Later Edit: Why do I keep doing this to myself? If the dining room is closed due to the franchise owner freaking out about the pandemic again, maybe you should put signage up before everyone and their brother bounces off the front door? Oh, and the tenders are still hard little planks.
If I could give no stars I would. Drive thru customer service is horrible. so that spoiled my appetite, look like he had just woke up, and when I go home with my food it was so hard like it was cooked the night before and saved until noon the next day, it also tasted spoiled. The manager should be fired. This is the worst Kentucky in Houston. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Don't buy the chicken tenders they are like sandpaper flat dry and hard. If you're going to sale fried chicken learn how to cook it.
The wait here is sooooo long! I placed my order online and I still had to wait 15 minutes.
