A positive point because they keep the facilities quite clean, but they have lowered the quality of the food and its presentation.Food: 3/5

If I could give this place negative stars I would. All of staff was outside hanging out /smoking while one guy worked on the orders . We waited here for over 45+ minutes and even when we came to the window no one would help us. The guy is in here trying to do everything himself while all other employees are doing absolutely nothing .

Made an order here, never again! Haven’t been to kfc for at least 10 years and now never going back! Ordered a chicken sandwich, it’s supposed to be a fillet and instead I get nothing but an empty sandwich with 2 small chicken strips inside! Ordered biscuits and they were all missing, ordered a side of Mac and cheese and when my husband told them about it they just said oh we are all out…really?? So you can’t even add a replacement we paid for this! Missing sauces that I paid for, they got only 1 drink right, fries filled up halfway…no thanks. Contacted customer service and they were nice enough to help us. Just don’t waste your money here. They seriously need to go out of business.

Worst location to eat and worst location to work at Failed inspections. Due to employee grabbing her AS$ Supervisor Judith Moreno stealing hours from employees and being racist that she doesn’t want any other races working there but only Hispanics and then for her to be rude to the employees and managers at this location. Judith Moreno is a racist person

After waiting in drive through lane, I get told and I quote " We have no chicken". I ask how long to wait " No wait, we have no chicken"

This is the worst KFC EVER!! The health department needs to close this place down.. The is never at its correct temperature. Biscuits hard as a rock and cold.. The chicken is cold as well and doesn’t taste all that well. And jury’s not mention the service, these are the most disrespectful people I’ve ever seen. I haven’t when nor have I eaten here in years. I bring a friend here and he’s elderly, the way he was treated was horrible. Bring that he had just gotten out the hospital, his food was cold, Cole slaw was , after paying almost 11.00$ for 3 wings and Cole slaw, he was denied a cup for water. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dying dog. We’ll be calling the health department and BBB to see what can get done about this horrific pace of business. If I could give it a negative 10 stars best believe they deserve it

I went here at around 9pm and had a very long wait even though I was the only person there when I got my food it was soggy and cold as if they gave me food that has been sitting out will never go there again

Ordered 2 combos, didn’t get the right sides with our combos, gave me fries and they are cold! They only have 2 flavored drinks. I don’t know how this business is up still running!

Worst KFC in Houston do not go there they are extremely rude they take forever to get your food they don’t care about customer service don’t waste your time don’t waste your money horrible they should shut it down
