I LOVE GOING THERE. BUT I DID HAD TO GO BACK BECAUSE THE YOUNG MAN FORGOTTEN TO PUT MY SECOND POT PIE IN MY BAG. OKKK
It was absolutely terrible! I obviously was one of the first orders out as I got it before 11:15 but my food was uncooked under the batter. I bought four snack wraps just to try them out and will never ever order online again. I called the store immediately to inform them, the young lady was very nice and apologized. I didn’t want money back and wasn’t offered a refund, just wanted them to know the chicken was raw and went Stratton the garbage. Do not order online from KFC

I paid about $16.79 for two thighs and two legs, a biscuit, mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. The 1 star is for the drink, potatoes, slaw and biscuit. The chicken thighs had visible batter under the fried coating. All they said was " Sorry about that." Poor work ethic, poor customer service!!!!!

I had just ordered my food on door dash and they messed up my whole order. I ordered the fill up box the whole meal and they only sent me the drink? What am I going to do with just a drink I ordered a whole meal and all I got was a drink, I am very highly upset and I’m hungry. How can you serve somebody something like that and not read the whole order.WHERES THE FOOD!!!!
I think they must be under new management. All the familiar faces are gone. There's a problem understanding the language. But most customers are patient. I'm sure all that will work itself out. The chicken was good. But the side orders portions are smaller. People love their sides!!! I have to redo this in a couple more weeks to get a better review. Right now I'm not at the happy stage
Disgusting dried out chicken not a great experience. Haven't had KFC in about 7 years. I tried the original and crispy just because I wanted to compare and see what was best. SMH waste of my money. Disappointing!!
