KFC

Great service, the only problem was the tables were dirty. Also the chicken and the potatoes wedges was not “freshly prepared” as they advertise it feel like it was re-fried a couple of times.

Staff is very nice but service can be very slow during rush hours understaffed. Biggest problem is the dining area. Lopsided chairs, tables with ripped or stained surfaces, and this incredibly sticky residue on everything. It's very uncomfortable to eat here even after they redesigned the store a year or two back ago. If you eat out, then KFC is KFC.

Meals are expensive but the service is good. The dessert biscuits are the best in my opinion. The cashiers are kind and give you what you need. They also give you a lot of toppings like hot sauce to go with your chicken.

You know what you go into a KFC for, but sometimes here you get a overly loud TV that makes you not want to sit in and overly powerful AC unit in the summer. Otherwise service and food is great, so far ... Just need to keep a better look out on clean tables

Cashier was rude to some customers, myself included. Some tables and chairs are poorly kept. Also, the cashier showed a very odd racial bias to Black customers. Noticed this as I was eating at a table. White, Asian, and Hispanic customers just got treated with rudeness, while Black customers got a nice smile and kind attitude. I would bring this up to the owner of this particular franchise ASAP. Me, I won't because I've been a victim of racism multiple times and in the case of customer service, as someone who works as a cashier in the state of Maryland, it's not worth going out of my way to do. But to anyone who lives in New York, please consider reporting this to the franchise owner if you notice any further racial bias at this location. Violation of Title VI/VII is against the law, and a very serious matter. The food was finely prepped otherwise, and was quick. Only problem with it was that the soda machine's Tropicana Fruit Punch was squirting out water instead of the actual drink itself. Mtn Twst worked fine.

Best staff... the 2 ladies behind the counter were so professional and welcoming. My friend who never tried KFC had a great experience. Many thanks

We all know what this food is like. but today I want to say that there was a person who treated me very well. very nice waiting for my food because the chicken ended I regret not knowing the name of it. but your work is very good excellent I would say thank you

I never thought I would go to a KFC and enjoy myself. Anita and Masha made it a wonderful experience for me and my wife. I cant wait to go back for more. I would reccomend this location to anyone. Highly satisfying for anyone!

I don't really eat kfc at all. But the reason I say 5 stars is because my mother order some food to go and they left out 2 large wedges. My mother called them up to let them know and the manager was willing to send out one of the employees to deliver it to her, even though they don't have delivery, which my mother said she does not have to do that, but it was sweet she was going to do that. So for that alone they get 5 stars.

The drive to girl kept asking me to move up and then reverse so as not to mess up some stupid timer after we got the food it was old and stale in taste terrible ask for a sierra mist and she gave me her fruit punch she didn’t give me my fork for the mash potatoes or any jelly for my biscuit but more importantly how my supposed to eat the mashed potatoes this place was very unprofessional Hokka she forget my utensil but remember her timer will never come here again.
