Great customer service, they help you find whatever you need and are patient when it comes to trying on all different kinds of shoes, sneakers,slides and boots. I found the pair of Timberland's that I wanted like $25 cheaper than they were at other stores. Overall I was extremely satisfied and I can't wait to return to Snipes and do more shopping. They seem to always have racks of clothing on sale., everytime I go there they have clothing items on sale. I highly recommend Snipes for anything from shoes,gloves and winter hats,fitted hats, bookbags,socks,all different clothing for women,men and children and the same goes for shoes for women, men and children. Again I was extremely satisfied and I definitely recommend going to Snipes to shop. Name brand clothing ext. Thank you to the staff at Snipes .

All the employees are too busy on their phones. Waited 15 mins for $150 sneakers to try on and they never came out. Don't want that commission that bad I guess. That's why online shopping is king, employees just don't care ‍

Every time I've walked in there your employees are so nice and attentive. I just spoke to a young lady on the phone regarding doodly sweatpants she was SO NICE AND HELPFUL and I'm sorry I didn't get her name but KUDOS , SNIPES!

Went in to get some cool greys at 6:45 only to see a bunch of empty chairs and milk crates that people have and come right before they open and no one cares to manage it for people that actually wait in line. Let people buy shoes and get back in line and didn’t care. Horrible place and avoid at all costs if it’s any new shoe release let alone a jordan

I cant belive this what is going on in this store! This workers is so rude, discrespectfull to the costumers..i was trying cloths on and tryed ask my wife how is that look on me but they didnt let as..they told as to hurry up somebody was waiting to try something on and there was amother fiting room avaible and they pushing as so badly and tryed argue with as...I spend lot of money in Snipes store and will never spend one penny overthere never ever..

I hate this store. I order 2 pair of shoes online. The first pair was unfulfilled and they returned my money. The 2nd shoe didn't ship, they couldn't give me a date and they didn't give me a refund

I went to Snipes looking for a specific sneaker “Jordan’s”. This is a gift for a child in need and I needed clarification on Jordan’s vs. Jordan 1’s. If it wasn’t for Alexis and her patience I probably would have walked out with the wrong item. I definitely didn’t wanna make the child upset with the wrong purchase. I gave Alexis a description of the child’s swag. She pointed out three sneakers and two of them were on point, the two that was on point was exactly what the child was asking for sent the child screenshots. After Alexis’s help one of those sneakers was purchased and we’re all happy. I was happy to help a child in need, Alexis was happy to assist in making sure this child got the right sneakers, and most of all the child was extremely happy, appreciative, and grateful for their first pair of Jordan’s. These people stole my money I return item moth ago and they give give card tell know They don’t give me my money back they keep saying the system is down if they know the system is not working whay they give me gift card at the beginning they just want to steal money

I give it a five star just for the employee Nya! The young lady was professional and polite. After spending half a hour waiting on two pair of sneakers for my child that haves autism and doesn’t do well with crowd dealing with two different employees that unfortunately didn’t put any effort in finding the shoes as I requested multiple times. She step up and maid it happened in less then five minutes finding the pair of shoes.
