I don't have an opinion yet. They don't service my area. I'm looking forward to when they expand. I really like the what they are doing to help parents with transportation for kids. It's a huge help for working parents Especially single parents.   Hopefully they come to my area soon.

I used the service to bring back home my little sweetheart  and my wife  after she gave birth. It was really easy and quick to use via the app. I order the car around an hour before we left hospital and I got a message from the driver when he was around. It is possible to select the type of car seat you need and the driver, Robert, was really helpful to put the seat belt on as we were not really good at this first time ;. He also drive carefully and he was very nice. The price was comparable to Uber and I recommend the service.

I used Kid Car NY when I arrived at JFK last november with my 6 months old baby. When I landed I messaged my driver with the app, he was already in the airport area so by the time i got my luggage he was right here to pick us up ! Perfect timing ! My driver was very nice, and even helped me to carry my luggages up the stairs of the house I was staying in. The car seat was very modern, clean and of good quality. Also, they have a great customer service, I had some questions before booking the rides, and they always answered very quickly and they even helped me throughout the booking process! I highly recommend using their services when you need a ride with a car seat for your child security !

Used it to get my newborn passport near Penn station..driver suggested waiting that it would work out cheaper vs 2 separate bookings. We were happy with the price. The driver Robert was very nice and professional.

This service is amazing!  Topher was very helpful in answering my questions regarding how to make a reservation and where to meet the cars.  The cars and car seats were great, and the drivers were very friendly!  Clara, my four year old, slept soundly during the first ride we took from the airport to Nyack.  Veronica, my second driver, kept her entertained during the two hour trip back to the airport with books and conversation.  It was awesome to have such kid-friendly drivers.  I definitely will be using this service again the next time I am in New York.

Sent a request for a quote and we Sent them a message on Instagram. A 5 days later still no response .  Poor service.

Loved the experience of taking our grandson to the zoo in a Kid Car. . Had the driver's number so I could ask him to come a little early-and then wait when our grandson  as not interested in getting dressed. Driver was lovely, car was comfortable; we were all relaxed.  Yes -I am happy to know you are there for family excursions when I don't want the hassle of finding a garage or nervously driving through traffic-or schlepping on the bus.

We used this service twice during a recent trip to NYC - it was great!  The drivers were always on time & very personable.  It .ave me peace of mind knowing my daughter was safe in a car seat.

We needed to get our newborn home from the hospital and didn't have a car seat of our own so we used Kid Car NY.  Our driver was very experienced, friendly and careful which made what could have been a stressful situation very smooth.
