Nice store great customer service. Everything was fine and dandy had no complaints until just now, I got home and realized they gave me a short sleeved shirt instead of the long sleeved one I took to the register to purchase. I'm so mad it's the night before a cold Mardi Gras so I'm stuck with it trying to improvise. Kids were supposed to have the same one.
I came here to sell some of my daughter’s gently used baby clothes. I bought a box of stuff and they wanted 10 items and wanted to give me $7.99 for it, and the lady said it was .99 for each item, which didn’t add up. They cheat people, and their prices are extremely unreasonable. You’ll get better prices anywhere but here.
Kid to Kid is a locally owned and operated franchise that accepts children's consignment items so parents can "trade up as kids grow up." They are open 7 days a week and available to buy your child's gently used toys and clothes everyday up to 1 hour before close. You can sell until 7 PM Monday through Saturday shop till 8 PM. On Sundays you can sell until 5 PM shop till 6 PM.
I always find great things when shopping here! The flow of the store is ideal. Everything is very well organized and the selection is always changing, which is great for those of us who want variety and options when shopping. I also appreciate the hours of operation, as they are accommodating to all different work and social schedules.
There are a bunch of gently used clothes and toys here, as well as some new items. Everything is reasonably priced and there are frequently good sales such as 50-75% off. While a bit cramped, it is nicely organized.
Brought in some things for buy back and they bought almost everything I brought. I received $50 store credit. I was able to buy several great toys including two larger items that would have cost more than $50 new.
I love shopping at Kid to Kid! They are all so very nice and pleasant to work with and are always willing to help find what I need. I feel the same when selling my kids clothes to them. They are just great people!
I am changing my review. The manager called and found my box of shoes that they claimed they had accidentely donated and apologized for their mistake and even gave me $$ to spend in the store. Giving them 5 stars for customer service!
Let me start by saying I am a REGULAR CUSTOMER to Kid to Kid but after today I will never return to Kid to Kid because the customer service sucked. Every time I go to kid to kid their employee, Caroline, looks absolutely miserable. Just never smiles, or greets people. However I have not let her snobbyness ruin my shopping experience for my beautiful children. The blonde lady who recently had a baby is always friendly and the lady with short hair she is quite bubbly and friendly. I think she is fairly new have not seen her before. Today when I first walked in the bubbly lady told me about the sale and I was told IF YOUR SIGNED UP ON OUR EMAIL LIST YOU GET AN ADDITIONAL 40% OFF. So I was excited because AS MANY TIMES as I've shopped there I knew I was on their email list. Well, I go to check out and CAROLINE asked me is blah blah blah still your email address? I said oh no idk that password anymore so here is my new one. Blah blah blah.. And I told her. HOWEVER, she never said ok u can't get the discount because u can't login your email... SHE NEVER SAID THAT. So I finished checking out and I checked my receipt outside to find I didn't get my 40% discount. I walked back in and asked about it and Caroline said well you didn't know your email password and I said well no I didn't but I was told as long as I was signed up on your email list I would get the discount.... So clearly when you put my name and phone number in, CLEARLY you can see oh we have her name phone number and email on file so OBVIOUSLY I am an EXISTING REGULAR customer whom HAS AN EMAIL SET UP WITH KID TO KID. So punish me because I forgot my email password really? I could understand if I was a fresh new customer in your system and just expected you to give me 40% off. But clearly my old email and my name, Jeasica Patrick is in your system. Well any other store would have been apologetic and at least try to work something out considering I am a REGULAR CUSTOMER. But, not Caroline. She is just miserable, had no problem with giving me a refund instead of trying to fix it. Very snobby. I don't know how she got into customer service because I won't be returning to Kid to Kid now. I even made a comment that ONCE UPON A CHILD does not even make u show a email and they give u the full discount and Caroline replied, we are two different stores. Well, yes they are 2 different stores which is why I won't be returning because their customer service is excellent compared to them. I shop at both stores all the time. Someone definitely needs to retrain this little girl on good customer service skills before she runs off all your regular customers.
The employees are friendly, the selection is decent. A few size ranges don't have quite as many options, but that is to be expected. The prices are usually pretty good.
