Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg, OH

Everyone is so friendly and upbeat and they teach the kids a lot of important life skills. They do a lot to protect the kids while letting them explore and grow on their own. I am so happy my child goes here and I have genuinely enjoyed all the experiences I have shared here. My daughter loves going here and seeing all the teachers and her friends. She gets so excited in the morning when I tell her we are going to school and is all smiles once we get there and she sees all her people

DO NOT take your kids here and DO NOT work for them. As a previous employee I can tell you they neglect the needs of their children, they treat their special needs kids like trash, they are dirty, and constantly out of ratio. They do no abide by odjfs at all. They treat their employees like garbage, stole from my checks, and took two months to get me paid at all. Keep your kids safe and avoid them.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star was to activate the review. Horrible, unprofessional, unorganized! Just don't do it. My daughter was punched by a young man there and they literally could care less. Didn't even feel like they should return a call, lie and say they did. Was told by the Assistant Director "you dobt have to call me" when I wanted answers. Literally never responded to my concerns. There is no academy to it my daughters homework was not getting done. There is no sign out process when you pick up your kid, just a hot mess! Hands down worst experience ever. I withdrew my daughter and I wouldn't recommend them for anything. The absolute worst!!

My daughter was released from their latchkey program without my permission. When I went to the center to pick her up she was not there, and no one could give me information as to where she was. No one checked any attendance sheets or records to see if they could figure anything out. And no one was at the front desk to assist with the situation. The teachers carried on while I frantically looked for and inquired about my daughter. I drove to her school to find her there attending a school function that Kiddie Academy released her to without my permission. In my attempt to look for her I asked 2 teachers and a bus driver where she might have been. However no one tried to help locate her. The center was called 11 times in an effort to speak with someone as I was on my way to her school, but no one ever answered. Even with teachers and the bus driver knowing that I was looking for my daughter, no one ever called to follow up to make sure she was located and make sure she was ok. Communication is awful, very unprofessional, very inconsiderate, and very irresponsible! I would not recommend them!

I'm actually writing this on behalf of my friend. She recently enrolled her 10 year old there & has had trouble from the start. Last week it was her daughter could not attend because she hadn't paid the registration fee- which was paid the day she enrolled her. But because she paid by card she wasn't given an actual receipt. It took them 4 days to get back with her to verify that she indeed did pay the fee. This week they left her child at the school after taking a child's word for why she should be left there (there was an after school function & it was 15 minutes after the bus came to pick up the kids & take them back to the center). THEY TOOK A 10 YEAR OLD'S WORD THAT IT WAS OKAY TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED!!! They did not call mom on the spot to ask if this was true. They did not force the child to go back with them so they could call. They took her word for it!! This is not the 1st time they have had a missing child either!!! A few years ago another friend of mine was eating at Taco Bell next door & saw with her own eyes a toddler (2-3 years old) walking around IN THE TACO BELL DRIVE THRU!!!! When taken back to the center they acted as if it was no big deal!! I URGE EVERYONE READING THIS.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE FOR ANY REASON!!!
