The therapists here are ok but they try to get you to sign up for new types of therapy every time you come in. But my main issue is the billing. I am fortunate and have insurance that covers 100% of physical and speech therapy. However, they bill incorrectly and in a two month period I paid over $1000 dollars for 1.5 hours of therapy a week. When I call BCBS they tell me that they are not billing the services correctly and they need to change the billing codes for it to be covered. I have heard similar experiences from other people there. I now go to a different facility and pay nothing. 100% covered by insurance.
