Went to galleria location and got completely ignored. Worst customer service! Not worth the price nor hype unless of course you're of a certain demographic that fits the neighborhood!

They do a skin eval while you're there to determine which products are needed to improve your overall skin health. Location is clean, everyone is friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

Whenever I’m at the store I find myself in a good mind space as the staff is always available and knowledgeable of the product always willing to go above and beyond my expectations. I always feel at ease with my purchase that I’ve received exactly what I need . Thank you all for that kindness .

Best products around. Their customer service is second to none, they're always they're to help, knowledgeable and answer any questions. It's great you can get samples of everything and gotta appreciate their recycling program too. Products to take care of you from head to toe.

unwarranted rudeness- treated me as though I did not belong in the store, completely baffled why - I have been to Kiehl’s in Austin and Boston - always so helpful and they give little samples - skip the Houston Westheimer location 4/13 @ 6 pm, the woman who was at the cashier
