If I could give this store ten stars I would! It was like stepping into a fall magazine. The skeletons out front were so cool and the pumpkin and mums made it even more lovely. The sweaters were all SO cute. I got the one in the photo below. They even carried xxl sizes. One of a kind designs. Expensive but worth it in my opinion. This store alone was worth the trip to RI. I was obsessed with everything.

Very cute store; been following on Instagram for a while now and coming in in person was so surreal! The whole place could not feel MORE New England. It’s an extremely expensive store, but the items are very cute and very niche if you have people in your life to buy for who love preppy things. Would love to see the pet section expand. The interior design of the store is particularly well done, as the tchotchkes and knickknacks around the merchandise add to the overall weekend on the lawn playing rugby at the family reunion vibe

Such a charming little shop. I had stumbled upon KJP online a year or so ago and bought a flannel from their website. Definitely the best flannel I have and all their other merchandise is great. Having to move to Rhode Island from the Midwest it was such a treat to visit their store in person and the employees were so amicable it made the experience that much better. Will certainly be back again.

Disappointed..the quality of these products sold at KJP are unbelievable not in a good way. Simply put, this company is a mere facade of quality and American made products through the lens of a professional photographer and genius marketer. Unfortunately none of their products are made in usa, but rather made in China with low quality materials. I truly loved this brand in the beginning and I feel as if the company now has become the opposite of the true core values that this company was founded on. Truly a shame.

I ordered a sweater back in November and received an order confirmation as well as a tracking number for the package. The tracking never progressed past "shipping label created". After multiple attempts to of trying to contact KJP, I received a reply email telling me to contact FedEx to submit a claim. I called FedEx and they told me they never received the package. Now, not only will the package not arrive, but it is also sold out so I cannot order another one. Customer service attempted to reconcile the issue by giving me free shipping on my next order, which came off as disingenuous.

I have been a customer and fan of KJP since 2011. Most recently, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my toddler and made arrangements with them to extend the return period for the wrong size - I just needed the time to check the size that I ordered a couple of weeks later because you know, life of a toddler mom. I was in contact with their customer service regarding how to process the return as I could no longer do it on their website because it is an extended return period. Unfortunately, my toddler and I got sick three times back to back and so the return fell by the wayside. After the holidays, I was getting back on my feet and I asked them very nicely to accept my return. I explained what had happened but they still refused to accept the return. This is such a POOR customer service experience to think I am a long time customer of theirs.

Horrible customer service. Package was never delivered. I have notified them that package was never delivered. There response was to contact the shipping company or the police. Awful. Merchant refuses to take any accountability. Refund or replacement for item is only acceptable outcome.

If weeping, bleeding rashes are what you desire. Definitely check out KJP accessories. The supposed freshwater pearl and "gold" necklace is phenomenal if you enjoy painful, open sores. And this is only after briefly trying it on.

Their customer service is impeccable. Went above and beyond to help me get a gift overnighted. Other companies should use them as a business model. Thanks so much!
