Keith has been handling our pest control needs since 2016. Him & his wife Patty go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. They have made themselves available any time we’ve had an issue come up such as unwanted guests mice in our home. Thank you so much for such great service!

Keith Kilgore agreed to come and take care of some mice issues at my home using traps no poison and in his agreement he was clear to me that he would be available 24/7 if I needed him to come - and he said that was why I was paying the price I was paying. The first time I called after he set traps he refused to me -tried to tell me there would an extra fee to come out and he also told me that "it was my imagination that I was hearing something in my cabinet" and he also said "you are not my only customer." That did it for me. Be careful with this company, get everything in writing and know up front that he has at least once, not take their word from their company. They do not do what they are paid to do or promise to do.

I know Keith and his lovely wife Patricia and their pest control company and the service they provide is excellent. I highly recommend them and they even gave me a cat trap to help trap cats to save them from being on the streets. Very good company.

We had a terrible roach problem that we tried to treat ourselves and with other services for months. Keith came out and we haven’t seen any since! He shot us straight and didn’t over charge us like some of the other providers we used. 10/10
