Ive been coming to Kim to get my hair done for 2 years. My life has changed since I met her she took care of my hair very well with a lot of love and care. I came with thin hair and my hair was falling. Now my hair has gotten thick and long . I will never go to anyone else I'd rather wait to see her to get my hair done. My hair got damage from the job they did, I would never go back obviously those ladies don’t know what they be doing, what is even worse horrible costumer service not only that but they be charging a lot for the miserable job which isn’t even worth it.Services: Hair highlighting

Staff was super friendly & welcoming! Shampoo/washing was relaxing + thorough. Jose did a wonderful job with the cut—would definitely recommend him for all your layering, trimming needs. I have long hair but he was efficient, didn't rush, and made me feel very comfortable along the way seeing how it's been 2 years since my last visit to the hair salon! He did a great job with my bangs also! Stylist made sure I left satisfied and the price was extremely reasonable... 2nd time coming here, will absolutely be back! Just got my hair done from them. He did a great job but when he told me the price. GIRL! I got my roots retouched, even out the color for the rest of my hair, a haircut, and a olaplex treatment BUT I got charged 200 DOLLARS ladies and gents. I couldn’t believe it. I asked the guy why it was so expensive and he told since he had to process it twice and that’s why it came up to that. It wasn’t a bleach and then dye process. It was developer with dye process I always get it done this way and never paid no more 130 dollars. I’m still in shock. It was my first and last time here. I even saw a roach while I was there.This place only takes cash, never card. They don’t sanitize the chair every time there’s a new client and they are not strict with the masks. I saw a comb brush with broken teeth that they use on their clients and the other hair brushes were loaded with hair. I’m not sure if this place is concerned about cleanliness and the safety for the people around.
