Had a great experience at Kim’s Fine Jewelry. Don’t pay more just because other stores have a fancy store front. They were honest, easy to talk to, and they followed through with everything they said they were going to do. They gave me the best price out of all the jewelry stores i went to in the diamond district, and they also didn’t pressure me into a sale. They do their work in house too. I selected the diamond and told them the setting that i wanted and they made it happen! So glad i went to Kim’s Fine Jewelry for an engagement ring!

Jewelers that know what they're doing. They offer onsite services and effective prices. The staff are incredibly nice. Don't go wasting your time at a corporate jeweler, come here.

My family had been a customer of Kim's for more than 10 years. Kim's provide highest quality at best prices and the staffs are very honest and upfront. Their selections make me look forward to anniversaries and birthdays. They have most variety/selections and I have also made a custom piece that turned out exactly what I had requested for. Hope they'll be around long enough so we can get help with my 5 year old daughter's engagement ring.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While we waited for the diamond to be set they resized a ring for my son and helped us pick out a necklace for his college graduation. The team at Kim's did an incredible job resetting my engagement ring. The original ring had a very thin band that I wanted swapped for a thicker one. Within 10 days, Kim's created an entirely handmade setting and sent me photos throughout the process.

I got 2 rings resized and 1 ring resized + replated and couldn't be happier with the results! The process was super quick ~15 minutes for the 2 resizes, ~1 hour for the resize + replate, and the prices were very reasonable. My rings fit perfectly now, and my replated ring looks brand new! I will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs.

I’ve had done custom made pieces, jewelry repair, heirloom pieces given new look or redesign, bought graduation & birthday gifts, etc. They are talented & can work with you. All my pieces came out just as I expected or even better than I envisioned.

My wedding ring had become too small for my knuckle, and every other jeweler on 47th street had tried to convince me I would need a new band. These people simply resized it and restored the original matte finish perfectly. They even took great care to preserve the original engraving. It looks wonderful, and I am very happy with their work. Highly recommend.
