I had a terrible experience at kim’s nails. I have been here before and the owners daughter did them and she did AMAZING but this recent experience was terrible. 1st off they scheduled my party of 3 with only 1 person and didn’t tell us… so overall we were there for 4 hours waiting for out “group” to get their mani’s and pedi’s done which lead to us having to cancel our dinner reservations. 2nd for the OWNER kim’s husband Richard to be doing my nails they look pathetic. I do my own nails regularly and wanted to treat myself but now i’m going home and soaking them off because they’re ridged, none are shaped correctly, and some are bled onto my cuticles. Will never ever return. 0 out of 10. Also, they had a dog there which isn’t a big deal i love animals but the fact he would go touch the dog then touch my nails was alarming. State board needs to examine this facility ASAP.Service: Manicure

I was very dissatisfied with my visit due to the price. I got normal acrylic nails, just a single color, nothing special. The total was $65….when you look at the pricing on the wall, it’s $40 for acrylic nails, which is already overpriced in my opinion but everyone was so backed up before the holidays so Kim’s Nails was my final option. However, when I get the same nails same quality as well, there’s no excuses for how expensive it was for typically $25-$50 at MOST? It’s safe to say I will never be going back. I’m a college kid, paying everything on my own, and honestly, I was shocked. I don’t like people taking advantage of me and taking money like that just because I won’t be the person that makes a scene. Nothing was done to my nails that should have added nearly $20 extra….. For the price of just normal acrylic nails, I could have gone and got the exact same look for way cheaper at ANY of the other nail salons I’ve gone to and gotten a haircut on top of that. Waste of time, waste of money, and a lost customer. Please let customers know ahead of time what you are doing and what the price will be rather than waiting until the debit card has gone through and been charged a ridiculous price!Service: Acrylic nails

I have been getting my nails done at Kim’s Nails for 4 or 5 years. Kim and Richard are the absolute best in the area. They are friendly and professional and keep a very clean shop. I highly recommend Kim’s Nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was waiting patiently. 2 ladies of a different race walked in and he put them in front of me stating they was there before me. But had just walked in. Also, I was quoted a different price over the phone from when I arrived. So, I just walked out. Very bad first experience.

I was not expecting on getting my nails done today. Was out waiting on a curbside pickup and said why not go on and get them done. Googled this nail salon and Richard, my tech, was so welcoming and nice! He took his time with my nails. And I'm very pleased. Will return again! I don't live in Flowood but will come back to him.

This is the VERY best nail salon in my area. The owners are super! They are the kindest, most hard working folks. I have always known them to show absolutely wonderful character traits to their customers. Does NOT matter if you are black, white, or purple, they treat their clients with total respect. I am so honored to consider them my friends!!! Keep up the excellent work ethic. Thanks for doing a fantastic treating each of us with tremendous respect!

Kim's Nails does such a great job. Price is the same as most salons, but the quality is excellent. Family owned and managed. Call for an appointment.
