Kim's Nails

I needed a pedicure and a gel polish manicure in a VERY short amount of time. I also had residual gel polish on my nails when I walked in. I told them I had about an hour because I had to go to a wake, and they did both, perfectly! They didn't cut corners and use the drill on my nails to take off the gel either. It was the first time I've ever been there, and they treated me like I was their #1 customer and did a fantastic job! Definitely going back! Pedicure was great too. Price was on point as well.

There is so much wrong with what they have done today. I went with my mother and grandmother and got probably the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I got rainbows on each of my nails and they used regular polish for them and expected it to cure under UV light. This then obviously did not dry, which meant that once they put on the gel topcoat and cured that it was chunky and cracking. Once I had already paid, I noticed this and went back. They then “fixed it”, but now that I’m home, IT IS PEELING. THEY CHARGED ME $60 WHEN ACRYLIC SHOULD BE $45 THERE. THIS. IS. ABSURD. Now I have to go to another place to fix the mess they made. The reason I am not giving one star is because they did pretty nice work besides everything else I have just said. My mom got beautiful acrylics. Well kind of acrylics. It was more like the powder, so they charged us for nail wraps instead of acrylics. That is $15 more. For each of us!! Besides the awful rainbows in the whole fiasco confusing that, the “acrylics“ are pretty nice.

The owner Jennifer is a horrible person. I worked their she fired me for no reason I asked her she didn’t give me no explanation. Right now I’m without a job she should of told me earlier so I could started looking for one. She’s a heartless, mean, dosent know how to treat people right.. I wasn't expecting this today but I see how she is not a good person who ever read this it’s true. I would give 0 starts for his nail salon the worst person I ever meet here.

This place is THE BEST! Jenny Did such a great job on my fill in and Alex did excellent on pedicure, couldn’t be happier

Everytime I come up here from Florida, i get my nails done... Coming in tomorrow around 930 am... left a message with my #.... See you then Pink & White gel..
