A woman’s hair is her crown, when my crown started to fall out, I didn’t feel like myself. I have tried many different types of hair treatments that promise thicker, fuller hair. A waste of money. I finally got up the courage to look into a wig. I choose Kim’s Wigs for its location. I was treated by the team at Kim’s Wigs with knowledgable, friendly, cares about you. They provided me with several options, all that were flattering to my face, easy to care for. With their personal attention, it made all the difference. I was very self conscious at first, people noticed a difference in me, they just weren’t sure what it was, it looked so much like my own hair. Since then I have taken my mom in and we both walked out new styles of wigs! I love going in just to see the staff. Thank you for a new me!! Debra D

We were very happy with the service, time Kim took with my mother and the wig that we purchased. Her son in law was welcoming when we walked in also. I see lower stars for price, everything anymore costs a lot but we found a reasonably priced wig, looked great and my mom was happy walking out.

Kim's Wig Botik is top of the line in product and in service. They have a large assortment of wigs both synthetic and real hair. I have been a customer for over 2 years. Finding this store and the people who run it was a major life saver for me. After covid I lost a great amount of my hair. Now I feel more vibrant and outgoing than ever. If you want good quality wigs...trust me...this is the place to go.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced as an adult. I showed up at 5:20 assuming that I had 40 minutes of shopping to pick a wig being that I had dinner date with my boyfriend. Only to have the two women treat me as if I was a burden and an inconvenience to their time. They followed me pretty much stalking my shopping experiment experience with zero help and then told me I had one or two options either of $50 wig that look like s*** or a $2,000 wig no in between I seriously don't understand how this place is still open with that type of customer service because I definitely know they're not selling $2,00 they were to the snootiest Asian women I've ever encountered in my life with their nose up in the air and little to no training as customer service is concerned. I guess if you come shop here you're either spending $60 or $200 so for most Shoppers this isn't the place to go

I actually visited this shop a couple of months ago. I intentionally waited to give this review; I didn’t want emotions playing in to it. Brand spanking new to the wig world, all I can say is that they definitely saw me coming. I was discouraged from shopping the selection and pretty much pushed into one wig. When I asked about the manufacturer information, I was told that they only go by serial numbers. It was a Henry Margu wig which I now recognize it also has a HM tag inside lol and know that it usually retails around $200 or less after the substantial discounts most companies offer. I was quoted $500. At the time, I had no idea how to style or even put on a wig and so was thrilled to have any wig finally look good. After payment, the wig that I was given was the floor model that I had tried on. No box, not even a bag. A $500 purchase and not even a new wig in a box?! Again, I was totally ignorant and at the time didn’t think much of it. I was just so overjoyed to finally get some help. The wig grip they sold me was listed at $39. I now know these same Milano grips go for about $10. I actually insisted that they include the grip - my way of trying to recoup a little cash. They were at least gracious enough to do so however it was very apparent that the owner was less than pleased about it. Later when I got home I could see the obvious signs of wear on the wig which was definitely used - but after some quick research I realized that they were not going to budge on any kind of monetary refund, partial or otherwise. Save yourself a ton of money and go elsewhere.

I’ve been wearing wigs for years and have to say this was the best experience I’ve had. Staff was very helpful and I’m extremely pleased with my new wig! Definitely will be purchasing again!

I have been coming here for the last 6 years , and have always had a great experience. Great customer service, great quality. Kim and her team are amazing and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. We are from Pueblo and travel to Denver just see them. No other business treats us better than Kim and her team.

Awesome!!! Highly recommend. They were very professional and helped me find the perfect hair! They have the largest selection and highest quality I've seen in Denver. The staff was super friendly too.

The wig is beautiful but is too big for my head! I have not worn it since I walked out of the shop. I am now trying to see how I can fix it to fit. I spend too much money on it to just have it sit on my dresser
