Betty was WONDERFUL! She Also knew exactly which wig looked good for me. I am going through chemo. No one was mean to me. Opposite. And I was confused but she answered all of my questions. Amazing place! Awesome service! I will return!

EXCELLENT !!!! Customer service, was greeted on arrival by a wonderful lady, Betty, she walked me through every step of the way to be fitted for a wig. I have been other places in Columbus but left frustrated from lack of customer service. Kims is the best !!!!!
