From the first phone conversation I received great customer service from the owner. We talk for at least 30-45 mins. Very pleasant, helpful, accommodating and willing to work with me on my event for my grandmother from Connecticut. Randy was also a great asset to the establishment and went above and beyond. It was a last minute booking for me but again the owner was more than helpful to assist me executing my ideas. I will say I knew before booking so its not an issue but the pipes behind the food tables hindered us from moving the tables for my servers to stand behind to serve food but again very minor and wasn't a issue. Great location and great price as well. I will definitely use this hall again and refer others. Very spacious, clean even the restrooms Very professional business Thank you see pics below
Perfect for a small venue with parking. Mr. Randy was very pleasant while giving me a tour. My event isn't until the summer so I will update and send pictures then. Update: this hall, the owner and staff are everything. We had our event and it was awesome!
Great place and the guy working there was a sweetheart! Event turned out nice... I'd definitely rent again for the next family event!
UPDATE: We had my daughter's baby shower this past weekend. Michelle, the manager was there to let us in early for setup. Michelle was very nice and helped us setting up and made sure we had everything we needed. She even came back a couple of hours later to check on us to make sure we were still doing okay. Kelly, the owner called me the next day to make sure that everyone had a good time and that all our needs were met. Like I said in my previous review, this is our second time at Kimberly Farms Banquet Hall. We will definitely be a repeat customer again in the future. We are having my daughter's baby shower at Kimberly Farms Banquet Hall. We are returning customers. Kelly, the owner has gone above and beyond to help me. She has helped me in ways no other hall has ever offered. Her hall offers so much more than the others. She truly is the epitome of what a caring business owner that gives back to her community is. If you have not booked with Kimberly Farms you are missing out! Thank you again Kelly. You are the best!
Highly highly recommend!! I had my baby shower here in 2018 and it was a really good experience. Kelly was very nice and understanding from the beginning. She explained everything with good detail to make sure we were all on the same page. And all the staff was very friendly. I’m planning on having another baby shower her once again since I am expecting once again !!. This is honestly a really family friendly place. They offer so so much for a really reasonable price. After my baby shower a lot of family friends took business cards and still called me afterwards for their contact info because they love the place!
They state customer service is thier priority, yet we're rude stating we can only deal with one person per event, when I am trying to plan a baby shower for my niece who lives in Maryland meanwhile I've 4.5 hours away so personally not able to be there to view the venue. Responce to email is hit or miss. She was messaging me inthe morning morning but as soon as I asked about my niece coming to view the place, silence still no responce! From the pictures my niece sent me, the place outsideis small and looks Iike a shack. The bushes on the front are overgrown you can barley see the building. Customer service is apparently not her strong suit!
I hosted my sons baby shower at Kimberly Farms on Sunday and it was beautiful!! My interaction Kelli from start to finish was GREAT!! The banquet hall was perfect for our baby shower. I’d recommend this hall to everyone and I’d definitely do business again with Kellie. I should also add that the gentleman that assisted in the clean up was professional and made things a lot easier for us after a long day!!
Me & my siblings was planning our mom a 60th Birthday Party in May. Me being the oldest I took the lead. I live out of state so I did a lot of calling to get information. Based on a referral from a good friend I called this venue. From the very beginning Kelly was very pleasant & accommodating. After awhile we talked like we had met each other. She worked with me & my family to address all our needs. The place was was very clean & organized. The best part was the price & what was included in it. All the tables had linen & table runners. I would definitely recommend this venue.
This place is absolutely amazing. I am not going to lie, looking at it from the outside I was a little skeptical, but when I walked inside everything was clean and organized very well. It was nice to have on site parking and there is street parking as well if you have a lot of guests. Kelly was wonderful with helping to get things set up and organized the day of the event. I was running a bit behind and some of my guests had shown up and she invited them right in for me. There is a small kitchen prep area in the back with a double sink, a fridge and a freezer which worked out perfectly for me. She was in and out throughout the even to see if I needed any help with anything. Clean up was a breeze because she provided the trash bags/cans/cleaning solution/rags. She even provided a gymnastics mat for my daughter to open her birthday presents on since she was only turning one. She didn't want her to have to sit on the floor or in her highchair, especially with the bigger presents. It was perfect! I honestly don't write a lot of reviews on places good or bad but I will be having future events here. It is perfect for parties of 50-100. Thank you again Kelly for helping to make my daughter's first birthday so wonderful!
Small,personal, clean hall you can rent and bring your own food. Great for a family get together
