I have just called the office today May 24 2018 at 8:20 am,spoke with some rude secretary asking for a transportation direction,she was very unpleasant,impolite and hang up on me,if you can't resolve simple issue as transportation question then how can you resolve more complex issues,those employees need a training in customer relation skills,I am sure there was another way to resolve my issue.

Todd Buckstein at Kimco Realty Irvine should be fired as I have made 5 calls in 4 days with hopes of a professional call back. I also spoke with his assistant twice this week to find out why he does not return any of his calls and she promised he would call me back. I then asked her for Todd's boss and she said that he was the one in charge of this office. My advice to anyone is to look for another company that conducts themselves in a more professional manner.

I asked Brett Cooper about a property and he lied and said it was not available. Its still listed on the website. And I drive by the location every Sunday and its still available. Its very sad when people don't want to do their Job. I would not recomend wasting your time or energy on such a disorganized company. List with local companies who know the area and actually care about the neighorborhood they serve. Support local.
